The charging case for the SoundSport Free headphones should hold enough capacity to fully charge the earbuds twice when the case itself is at full charge.
If you are receiving significantly less charge than this, despite having ensured that this is charging correctly and that the buds/case are up to date, we would recommend that you reach out to Bose support in your country/region for further assistance.

Case charges pretty quickly and allows me to charge my headphones 3 times before needing recharging. Also has a pocket and space to keep the charging cable and the ear accessories for the case. I like a hard case and this works great.

I had doubts about its value - it's simply a case with a small external battery built in. I succumbed to temptation because it looked really nice in the pictures. I was a bit disappointed when I had a chance to examine it for the first time. The top of the case felt flimsy - I almost wonder if it's hard cardboard sandwiched between two thin layers of black plastic??? If it isn't, that's what it feels like. The rest of the case is nice - the zipper fluidly zips without any snags. There's plenty of room inside. I guess I'm pretty happy with the case - I just wish the top of it was made with a more sturdy/durable material.
