Works well / but Alex app issue

Keeps trying to interface with and when I tried it failure. Music back and forth double sound a pain. Disconnected it but still asks daily let’s connect, and I ignore and do not connect.

Great noise cancelling and microphone

I have 2 complains with this product: 1.- The app (iphone) is very flimsy, it rarely connects to my headphones on the first try and it makes it cumbersome to manage multiple devices because the primary stream is always the iphone. This is an issue for me because I use my headphones for voice calls on laptop and iphone calls, so I'd be on a conf call on my laptop/headphones and if I happen to get a call on my phone, I can't disregard the phone call without losing momentarily my laptop meeting. 2.- The distance for bluetooth coverage, I was expecting a longer range since it's a newer version of bluetooth, quality is excellent within 5-6 feet but it drops almost to zero beyond that. Not a big deal since it's better to be wired to my laptop but sort of dissapointed there.
