Unreliable Bluetooth

Dual-bloothtooth connections is a great idea, but the headphones disconnect randomly and sometimes start up and play Spotify or iTunes on my computer randomly after ending a call on my phone. I had figure out how to do a factory reset to get these working after they stopped connecting a few weeks after purchase. Since then, they worked well enough and just had connection/disconnection problems every week or so. The software to run this on the iPhone often cannot detect the headphones. In the last month or two, the headphones have been creating a crackling noise. This tends to go away after about 10 seconds, until new audio is streamed in. The comfort is good, the noise-cancelling works well (and has variable strength!), the style is nice, and the sound quality is good when the crackling doesn't happen. If it weren't for the incredible unreliability of the bluetooth connection they would be great.
