Love the fit and the Sound quality is awesome. So happy with it that I bought a second set for my middle Kid

I was disappointed that the initial instructions (owners manual) wasn't there, but not a big deal when you can look up on the internet. Otherwise, easy to use. Sound quality is amazing, and very easy to connect blue tooth with my devices.

Smart looking. Great sounding. Easy to use blue tooth link. Easy to use volume control. The only problem so far is that the control to close the current window (tap in the right earphone) occurs when you take off the headset and place it on another person -- in my case my 102 year old mother. A competent helper restarted zoom and all was well. I highly recommend this headset. I unfortunately purchased the headset 1 day before a serious price drop.....

Expected more in noise cancellation. Music is crisp though. Kind of expensive for the return pleasure or promises Vs. Other brands. I still hear the noise especially on an airplane .

Great headphones at a good fair price. My daughter needed headphones for a trip and now I can’t get them off her head.

Very light and comfortable to wear. Clear crisp sound. Very happy with purchase. Pricey but worth it

I got these because I thought they would be great for zoom calls- but they don’t work with windows computers well. So I use them with the very short wire which makes me sit close to my computer. However they are very comfortable. They did just stop working after 2 weeks and I had to get new ones but Bose was very nice to work with- it did take 2 weeks to get the new ones. They can pair with 2 sources which is cool and my phone calls with others do sound much better than they usually would- I feel fine going on a quick walk on the phone.

blocks out sound great.i like the featers on the side.the batter doesn't die fast.i liked the way the packed it up also very professional.

Maybe someone without a finely turned ear would like these headphones. I’m very unhappy with these for the following reasons: - Distortion at low volumes. The sound quality does not compare to my Sennheiser HD 380 pro which cost only $200 - Active sound quality is just ok - distortion as already mentioned, and the mids are fairly low. Yes, I know there’s an app where you can raise the mids, but you shouldn’t have to do that if the hardware was good to begin with, and that would cause further distortion! - Passive mode sound quality is TERRIBLE, making me think that the hardware is junk and that the app needs to digitally process the sound - The dual Bluetooth connectivity creates unnecessary complexity, and does not work well. My other headphones that only connect to one device at a time work seamlessly. With Bluetooth fast auto switching you can easily select the headphones from a different device when you want to switch so there’s no need for this extra feature that screwing everything up. It can be a a huge effort to switch devices with the Bose NC 700. - Constant dropouts which I can’t tolerate. This may be due to the stupid Bluetooth set up. - looking for a high quality and seamless experience, so I’m switching to the AirPod max

Noise cancellation is great and they also look great. I really like the way the mechanism works to adjust the headphones to fit them snuggly. The Bose music app if pretty buggy. Doesn’t always recognize the headphones as being connected, sometimes doesn’t realize something is playing. My biggest gripe is that THERE IS NO EQUALIZER options. You made this app for the headphones, what’s it for?? Seems like these headphones were aiming high but rushed out. Not worth $380. Gonna return and probably gonna try the Sony WH-1000XM4

The feature that I like most is that you can swap from one bluetooth device to the other quick. Ex. I’m listening from my Mac and my wife calls, it will detect my iphone and swap to my phone. After the call the Bluetooth will swap back to mac.

Outstanding sound quality. Amazing battery life. Noise cancelling BEATS all other products (pun intended). Best headphones you will ever buy.

Great noise canceling headphones for use with a Windows 10 Laptop and iPhone. From my personal experience I found the call quality on Teams and Zoom to be great. The Sony XM4s didn't work well on call using Teams and Zoom, hence I returned them and kept the Bose 700

Never a misstep Sounds are sharp and clear and comfortable to wear. Builds upon its syellar reputation. Worth the purchase!!

This is my second Bose headset, having owned an earlier wired model. Bose technology is of the highest quality. Wireless is the way to go! Connection was fast and seamless. Controls are smart and intuitive. Pricey, but worth it if you are a frequent flyer.

Better than the Sonys xm5. If your looking for more base in your headphones I definitely recommend these over the Sonys and the apple ones as well.

Love them, the sound quatily is outstanding. Long lasting battery, you can you use it to answer phone calls too.
