The quality of this product is the best, I return the Sony competition because didn't make my happy at all but when I purchase this ones its in another level, I previously owned the Q15 and this ones are the replacement the sound is awesome the quality of the materials the technology and sound profile is just perfect to me, no distortion and specious simple the best, don't felt for specs its not all I think all comes to tuning and equalization, I'm really happy with this ones, thank you.

These Bose headphones have a much better quality than my Apple Air Pods. I can hear the treble and bass much clearer

Best Bose Wireless noise cancelling Headphones yet. They work with all bluetooth capable devices. Absolutely the best headphones I have ever used during air travel. I believe the cost is justified for this quality of headphones.

Great sound, needs to up the volume to really feel the bass though. Great connection to phone. Not so great connection when connected to Windows 10. I tried using it for WebEx meetings but the call quality sounds really bad compared to doing calls through my phone. Overall satisfied if you're just going to use it for your phone but I don't recommend using it with Windows 10. The bose music app sucks, it has trouble connecting to headphone sometimes. If you just want an NC headphone for listening to music then this is the headphone to get.

These are really comfortable on your head! Cuts out a lot of the noise and has amazing sound!

I purchased these headphones for my husband for Christmas. He loves them . It took him a little while to figure out how to use them as they were a little different from his other bose headphones.

Constant Bluetooth connection issues. I warranty replaced this item 4 times, and the issue wasn't resolved. I also did all of the recommended firmware updates to the headphones and my devices, with no change in the problem. The problem: loses BT connection after 5 minutes of activity. The headphones then disconnect/connect every 1-2 minutes after that. Very unfortunate, as they sounded pretty good and the noise canceling was great. Bose has an awesome customer support team, but they couldn't help me with this one. A full refund was issued by Bose.

The sound quality is just the same as the previous model. The only difference is the look & feel plus some added features such as noice canceling and touch control. The multi pairing is the best feature.

I gifted this and was told it was harder to use than other bose wireless headphones. Apparently these use a touchpad on the side and the metal causes interference.
