These headphone are incredible. The easy swipe of the side answers and disconnects phone calls. A swipe of the other side provides volume control. Highly recommend.

In addition, I had a lot of connection issues with these headphones. They’ve lost connection in the middle of a workshop I was running, which was the last straw. In addition, I questioned why I needed to use the Bose app on my phone as well as how much data that app is collecting about my use. For the cost of these headphones, the reliability is in need of improvement.

I absolutely love these noise cancelling headphones! I shopped around quite a bit for the best headphones once I found out I'll be working remotely in a house full of people. I can put these on and truly focus on my work. Not to mention the sound quality is perfection and the tap commands are easy to use. These do seem to be a bit on the pricier side but I they are worth every penny.

These are great. The 3 levels of noise cancelling are a plus. You are able to listen to music and still hear your surroundings. Would by them again.
