This was a gift. I am not using it so I cannot review this

I was very excited for these headphones.... my excitement came crashing down very quick! First.. the sound quality was ok.. prob a 6.5/10. I was honestly expecting better from these headphones. The main issue i had was Connection... First, in order for you to enjoy and control these headphones you have to download and use the Bose Music App. Which took me 3 hours for the stupid app to recgnize the headphones and finally connect to them. Thats wheny stuggles began... after this ANYTIME i wanted tonuse the headphones it would take 10-15 minutes of me disconnecting, and resetting my bluetooth app time and time again in order for me to even use them. NO HEADPHONE OR EARBUD OF ANY BRAND HAD GIVEN ME THIS ISSUE IN THE PAST! As soon as i turn on the device its ready for use.... not with Bose!

they work as advertised, wish they had a little more bass

I have enjoyed Bose 700 over the past weeks. At time I have struggled with the connection to Bluetooth. But I believe it is an app issue or me not figuring it out.

Excellent product. Excellent sound clarity, long hours per charge. I expected total noise cancelation at the highest level setting. It's very good but not total silence. Also, it slips off my head when I lean forward, cannot tighten it to stay in place.

Really like how easy it is to turn volume up/down and how they fit ; very good at "noise cancelling."

Looks promising on paper and all the reviews, does not deliver at all. Sound quality is great, and that's about it. But the Bluetooth implementation is worse than terrible. First of all it will not activate on the app like the instructions say, which you need if you want to customize controls. Looking at the support forums, this is a huge problem Bose has been trying to fix for a while. So far nothing I tried from the forums worked. Should have looked at the forums instead of the reviews. Looks like everyone is getting paid to write positive reviews these days. So, I gave up on customization and connected it directly to my iPhone and my laptop. Whic worked, but every time i got on a call on my laptop it kept dropping the phone and it announced it via the internal voice assist, interrupting the ongoing call. This makes it unusable. I suppose it will work great with a single device and giving up customization, but that's not what was advertised and not what I paid for. I would not keep this if it cost $100, never mind $400. Ridiculous! Returning it TODAY.

sleek, good improvement over qc35 - always a head turner when I travel

Either the firmware or the hardware on these headphones is atrocious, and you're more than likely to have trouble charging them after a few months. I'm on my second pair and now past my warranty period, and these have now stopped charging past 17.5 hours without unplugging the power cord and plugging it in again repeatedly. Even doing that, they'll never charge to more than around 18 or 18.5 hours. My first pair charged to 19.5 hours for 6 months, before failing to charge ever again. These warranty replacements never made it past 18.5 hours, and now they won't charge much past 17.5 hours. Oh, and the Bluetooth isn't great. If you have problems losing audio, I found disconnecting from all but the device I was using at the time seemed to do the trick, but according to folks on Reddit, this solution is hit or miss. I have a friend who had these headphones and sold them because he had similar problems, along with the spotty Bluetooth connectivity. Three for three is a pretty terrible average. These headphones sound great...when they work. But that's not good enough for headphones this expensive. If you've got $400 to spend on headphones, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

How can you go wrong with Bose headset. This is my 6th noise cancellation headset and i don't think I will stopped buying for myself and to give as a gift to my love once. The sound is very smooth and I am not a big fan of too much bass. I don't mind the cost. Bestbuy offers installment plan with no interest.

Overall I have nothing negative to say… but.. they seem so fragile… I make sure to keep then in the case at all times… I need something that gives me the feeling they. An take a hit in my gym bag. But the sound…. Second to none!Theybjust don’t seem durable and for 400 dollars I go out of my way to not damage them.

The best pair of headphones man has ever created. No flaws. Worth the price. Extremely durable.
