When on sale, it is easily worth the purchase. It does fall a little short in the bass department by comparison to the Sony wireless headsets. The best feature is the noise cancellation for long haul flights / business calls in noisy places.

I love the color, and the noise canceling is awesome. The only complaint is that they fall if you do any heavy activities so definitely not a gym material but other than that it works great!

That's how good these are. They're not intuitive at all but as long as you read the instructions you'll be fine. These are the best headphones I've ever owned period. I'd buy them again for twice as much.

If you swat at a fly and accidentally brush up against them it screws it up with the touch features of this headphone. The touch features dont always work either. Sound is good and noise cancelling is great....as long as they stay on.

Posted .Hi Mell, I am so happy that you love the sound and noise cancellation of your headphones. Did you know you can adjust the size of the headphones by moving the headband up and down? This should help with the fit! Check out the steps on page 16 in the manual here to do this https://bose.life/3ekLazi. Also in the manual on page 19, you will be able to find out how to use the touch controls.

The only downfall is that I’ve had trouble having it stay connected to my google assistant when I had a google phone, and now that I have an iPhone Siri isn’t staying connected. It doesn’t bother me that much but it’s important to consider when choosing headphones.

But could not get headset to fit me comfortable and access the programing instructions and adjustments. Was difficult for me to program not having a manual to help with programing. Returned but will still seek out more information from Bose before next purchase of headphones first.
