Great product with an amazing noise cancellation feature perfect for concentrating while working.

Crisp sound and rich tones make this stylish headset one of the decent ones on the market. When on sale, it is easily worth the purchase. It does fall a little short in the bass department by comparison to the Sony wireless headsets. The best feature is the noise cancellation for long haul flights / business calls in noisy places.

My hair would constantly get caught up in them. Ultimately, decided the bluetooth is old on these for the price.

Bose has been my go-to headphones for 10 years in a row and these new headphones prove my point. I love the color, and the noise canceling is awesome. The only complaint is that they fall if you do any heavy activities so definitely not a gym material but other than that it works great!

My husband can now enjoy his music at the volume he likes without blowing the windows out of the house. Lol

I took a meeting while wading in the ocean and nobody said a thing about the noise. That's how good these are. They're not intuitive at all but as long as you read the instructions you'll be fine. These are the best headphones I've ever owned period. I'd buy them again for twice as much.

amazing device for best audio quality but the main thing that is lacking in this device is the Bass quality that Sony Mark IVs offer

I love these headphones. I use them to listen to music and for hands-free Zoom calls, etc.

If you look down or jog at all they fall off. If you swat at a fly and accidentally brush up against them it screws it up with the touch features of this headphone. The touch features dont always work either. Sound is good and noise cancelling is great....as long as they stay on.

I love the headphones but very disappointed that these did not come with the charging case as sold at Costco for the same price??

I really enjoy these headphones, the noise canceling and sound quality are great. The only downfall is that I’ve had trouble having it stay connected to my google assistant when I had a google phone, and now that I have an iPhone Siri isn’t staying connected. It doesn’t bother me that much but it’s important to consider when choosing headphones.

The sound quality is deep and varied the app is awesome only gripe is that Bose has remained consistent with subpar microphones on their headphones however the noise cancellation is so effective it’s dangerous

Excellent for business calls and great for personal listening. I’ve tested this in the streets of Manhattan and calls are clear on both sides. I suggest getting the usb toggle if you plan on using multiple devices.

This is my 2nd pair of Bose headphones. I absolutely love them. They fit right over my ears and I really can not hear anything over what I am listening to. And the volume is not even very high. Worth the money.

I liked the design and color selections. But could not get headset to fit me comfortable and access the programing instructions and adjustments. Was difficult for me to program not having a manual to help with programing. Returned but will still seek out more information from Bose before next purchase of headphones first.
