The sound quality is deep and varied the app is awesome only gripe is that Bose has remained consistent with subpar microphones on their headphones however the noise cancellation is so effective it’s dangerous

Battery isn’t as long as I expected and doesn’t work without Bluetooth so if they die and are my only pair= not good

Excellent for business calls and great for personal listening. I’ve tested this in the streets of Manhattan and calls are clear on both sides. I suggest getting the usb toggle if you plan on using multiple devices.

This was my first bose purchase ever. I was hesitant on purchasing but after all the reviews decided to treat myself over the holiday season. The size grew on me overall, but you cannot beat the quality of sound and great for traveling or being in the office (working from home).

This is my 2nd pair of Bose headphones. I absolutely love them. They fit right over my ears and I really can not hear anything over what I am listening to. And the volume is not even very high. Worth the money.

For as bulky as they look , they are very sleek once you have them on. I find myself at times putting them on for music then just leaving them on for the tranquility so it makes working from home with 3 kids doable.

These headphones are great. Noise cancelling is good. They are stylish. Expensive but I’m satisfied.

Another great open box find! The sound on these is amazing! Kinda spoiled by all my previous Bose headphones :) The adjustable noise cancelling leaves a little to be desired. I can barely tell the difference between the three levels. Overall, I LOVE THEM!

Best noise canceling Bose product I’ve experienced. Amazing how much background noise you can eliminate, just wish they had infinite elimination option versus the 0-5-10 preset levels. Good sound reproduction, although I haven’t tried some of my favorites to see how fully they respond.

Love the sound, noise cancelling is good . I enjoy them often. They are a bit tight on your ears if you have them on for a long time. Was annoyed at the directions which tell you to download Bose app which lead to a new app etc. Just don't do it and use them with your blue tooth.

I use with Apple phone, iPad, and MacBook with no problems with sync issues. These were worth the wait.

These headphones are fantastic. The noise cancelling is phenomenal. I’ve used them for phone calls too — the other party can hear me well and I can hear them great. My only complaint is that the battery drains when the headphones are turned on but not being used.

Excellent! This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones and it has saved me. I purchased them because being at home, the constant noise of children screaming and dogs barking grated on my nerves. Very soft on the ears and excellent quality of sound when hooked up to my music.
