I never write reviews and I have spent the last couple of years trying to find the perfect pair of noise canceling headphones or earbuds. For the money, nothing has felt worth it yet. I was excited about these since Bose and Sony seem to try and out do each other, I figured these would be better than the sony xm3s and I just barely said no to the xm3s because I just couldn't get them loud enough for my liking and the phone call quality is garbage. Out of the box they feel ok... I let them get all their firmware updates. I set up my favorite playlist and every song sounded awful. The lows just weren't there and all the highs sound like they are being fed through the microphone and back through the speaker or something. It has a strange digital compressed sound to it. Honestly, I'm really surprised by all the positive reviews. I wouldn't spend $100 on these..

Headphones are greater but the sensor to raise the volume or to skip song are very sensitive.

I lost my old QuietComfort 35's so was very happy to see a new model had since been released. These headphones are, by all reviews, better sounding, and sports tons of new features. I'm very impressed by them so far. All the cool kids have always sported Bose!

I'm new to bluetooth speakers and headphones. This unit was easy to set up and pair for a novice. Sound is great as expected from Bose. Talking with the built in microphone sounds different and takes a little getting use to. Automatically pairs to two devices.

Bought these for my fiancé, the noise canceling abilities are exceptional. By far the best headphones I’ve purchased thus far. They are well made and the case makes carrying them safely much easier.

My brother has a pair of the Bose headphones. they are so crisp and clear I had to get my ya pair. Love them better than my DR Dre”s and the quality is a lot better. Definitely a must

Bought these for the wife for her birthday. She uses them for work, and loves them!

I lost my Sonys in an Uber and went to BB to replace them and the sales associate convinced me these were better. I listened to them in the store and the sound was amazing so I bought them. They worked fine for noise-cancelling in-store but when I rode public transport-specifically the train-in them, that noise-cancelling disappears. I returned them and repurchased the Sonys. I think it’s the headphone design: the Sony pair covers the entire ear but the Bose don’t, so all that extra sound can get in. I never tested these on a plane but if they can’t keep CTA noise out, they won’t reduce plane noise at all
