Apparently their display unit was stolen. I bought without the chance to test and now cannot return. The sound canceling option is disappointing.

Noise-cancelling only worked in store

I listened to them in the store and the sound was amazing so I bought them. They worked fine for noise-cancelling in-store but when I rode public transport-specifically the train-in them, that noise-cancelling disappears. I returned them and repurchased the Sonys. I think it’s the headphone design: the Sony pair covers the entire ear but the Bose don’t, so all that extra sound can get in. I never tested these on a plane but if they can’t keep CTA noise out, they won’t reduce plane noise at all

I like the look of them and they are very comfortable but the sound is very flat. No depth of bass and there is no equalizer settings in the app. I really wanted to love these but they just aren’t as good as the Sony’s.
