Great Headphones!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like these headphones! Great for cancelling noise and good sound as well. They are a little heavy, however, it's probably due to the needed construction with NC Feature. I purchased the Triple Midnight due to it being limited.

Started out like love at first sight.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Then, we moved in. Sound and noise cancelling was great! Bass could he better. Noise cancelling amazing! Helped tune out the kids. But than, I took a small step into the garage barefoot and with the bone on concrete step I heard a distortion while listening to music. So than I started doing all sorts of, jumping, hard stepping even went for a run. Yep. That's when all the love went out the window. Everything was Stoo goood..... But just that one little problem lost all love. I had to return them because $427 out the door does not justify any room for error. Also when laying down the touch pad would skip, pause etc from the pillow.

Posted .Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues pairing two devices. You can store up to eight devices in the headphone device list, and the headphones can be actively connected to two devices at a time.
When powered on, the headphones will automatically connect to the two most recently connected devices. When two devices are actively connected, you can play music from either device. To switch between connected devices, pause the first device and play music from the second.
With regard to range, the headphones operate over Bluetooth not WiFi, and we recommend using them within 33ft/10m of the device they are paired with.
If you run into any unexpected problems, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Remember, you get lifetime technical support with Bose and we're always happy to help!
Kind regards,
Jeff - Bose Customer Support.

Decent, which is very disappointing. Expected grea
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound with decent noise cancellation, but the max volume could be higher. I know it's better for my hearing, but sometimes I just want to blast the sound! The quality of the ear pad covers is shockingly bad, especially considering these cost me $400. I had to buy an off-brand replacement since they were out of stock for weeks at Bose. I'd always wanted a Bose product and finally treated myself. I'm ok with these, which is a disappointment. I was expecting to be wowed for the price and reputation. They're good, overall, but not a good value at all.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When Bose does something, they do it great or they don’t do it. After having the Bose QuitComfort 35 II for 2 years, this is a great upgrade for somebody that wants more than a simple good headphone. This is the one that does it all.

Superb Improvements to the QC Family
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I did not think it was possible for Bose to improve on the design and features of the Quiet Comfort family, they managed to make significant advances. The minimalist design is both pleasing and well thought out, giving the headphones a high end feel and very comfortable to wear with controls that are easy to use; the one knock would be the power off function (more on that later). The right side has all of the touch controls integrated, honestly it did take a little fiddling around to get the exact placement down for each control but once you do it a few times the layout makes perfect sense and is easy to use and master. The overall sound is very immersive, crystal clear and true to the tracks. The noise cancellation is superb as expected; the app does give you the ability to tweak certain things to your personal preference which is nice because we all know one size doesn’t fit all. I would also add that the call quality when using the phone is great, very good at blocking the ambient noise and people on the other end have commented it sounds like I am on a landline; this is a definite plus for business travel. There is something I have always liked with Bose in particular is the implementation of Bluetooth, they have always and continue to exceed in this, the headphones are very easy to pair and have the ability to pair with multiple devices simultaneously; not many others that can do this and maintain a consistent connection without experiencing the annoying drops and reconnect. The reason I mention this is because I have tried several other big name competing headphones/earphones over the years and they always seem to have something quirky now and then with Bluetooth but I have never had a single issue with any Bose products, hats off to them for that because in my mind that sets them far apart in the market. The inclusion of Alexa, Siri & Google Assistant functions are nice to have and work very well. I was actually able to try all of them and did not encounter any issues with it pausing music and understanding the command request, never had to repeat the command and it executed flawlessly. Okay, now onto the only thing I am not crazy about but certainly not a deal killer; just something I need to use a few times to get the hang of. The headphones, from what I can tell, do not have a power off button per se’; there is a procedure you follow instead. I have researched online and from what I can tell, you press the “Bluetooth” button to turn them on and the same to turn off; however be careful. If you press and hold the button, as you would do with other headphones, you will actually erase the Bluetooth connections and have to re-pair them again (will take some getting used to as habit is to press and hold for power off). I have used the method above and it seems to work okay, just remember not to hold the button too long; there is also an “Auto Off” setting in the app that can be tweaked to your liking. I have had the issue mentioned in other reviews of “thinking” they were powered off but apparently not fully off and then going to use later and the battery is almost dead, I now check to make sure they are disconnected on the device I was using at the time and this seemed to ensure they would be powered off completely. I am fairly sure that Bose will tweak this in firmware updates because it seems to be a fairly common complaint. The battery life on the other hand is phenomenal compared to other options available. All in all, I would say the 700’s are an excellent buy and worth the upgrade from previous generations. I certainly have no real regrets as they are all around better sounding and the aesthetics are appealing, they are very sleek and streamlined and weigh nearly nothing; you can actually forget you are wearing them because they are very comfortable and fit great with butter soft ear cushions.
