From installation issues at the start to continuing performance and connectivity issues with multiple devices, this is a JV level product playing in a varsity league. We bought two of these headsets and on any given day one of them has an issue. Last week, the headsets got our phones confused (having never been paired with the other devices). This week, my headset won't talk to my phone even though it's connected and beeps to acknowledge an incoming call. This isn't the way this should be. I'm sorry, Bose. Do better.

The Noise-Cancelling Headphones 700 use the same Bluetooth technology as the QC35 II headphones, however, the NCH 700 headphones have more levels of noise-cancellation available. The band is not as esy to slide up and down on the sides. Wearing them for an hour or more, will create discomfort on your head. Nonetheless, the build quality is excellent. At the end, I returned them and purchased the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones. Those have better sound, noise cancellation, and are much easier on the top of your head. However, WH-1000XM4 are much more comfortable. I owned those prior to buying these. The Bose phone app didn't feel fully well built.

Great headphones, even though I went with Sony XM4

I ultimately opted for the Sony XM4, but it was close between the two. Bose’s ANC, believe it or not, slightly loses out to the Sonys. However, they are very comfortable and easy to wear long term. Highly recommend

I guess they are good for someone who likes this type of headphones. For me, it was a departure from my usual earbuds. I listen all day at work, in my little non-private cubicle, and I thought these might be more comfortable. And they were, but not by much. But for me, the big problem is that other people could also hear them. The form factor doesn't dampen the sound from the outside of the ear cups very much at all, so this just doesn't work for me. Earbuds make a seal so the sound stays directed into the ear, I suppose. So I returned these.
