I don't like the finger gestures to operate the headset and the ear pads are slightly smaller than the QC. I gave these to my niece and bought 2 sets of QC45.

Improved audio quality on the 700 allows you to take phone calls using these headphones and not sound like you’re in a tunnel.

Finicky, required app, and no wired mic. Unusable.

But, in order to use it, you need to install an app that is incredibly finicky. If you don't have your phone on you, it's impossible to pair to anything. And, in order to switch between phone & computer, you need to use the app, which often will keep you connected to the phone, but say it's disconnected on the app, which requires you to reset the headphones or the app. Considering the nearly $400 price tag, the usability is terrible. You can bypass the app by going wired, but there is no microphone in the wire, and it can't use the built in microphones when wired. Overall, a definite not buy. Not worth half the money, mostly because of the terrible app.

I have not used them much but when I have the sound quality seems to be very good. The way the are made also looks like they are very durable

Also have qc35 and they are awesome as well. The 700 noise canceling is better than the qc35 but I like the volume control better on the 35

I get complaints about the mic quality pretty regularly but also sporadically. Could be other factors for the mic like internet connectivity. The sound is amazing.
