Posted .Hey Gamadoka, sorry to hear about this connection issue with your Noise Cancelling Headphones 700.
Does this occur during normal calls or at any other times? I'd recommend clearing the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Then, on all previously connected devices, go to the Bluetooth list and delete the headphones. Now reconnect and test for the connection issue.

I did ask about the carry case which was advertised with a charging station but was told it was at an additional cost. Sorry Bose, but I won't be purchasing your equipment in the future. As for a return, Best buy honored my claim immediately and refunded the purchase price with no problem. And this was during the time the store was closed because of COVID_19! I was very happy and will continue to purchase from Best Buy. They live up to their name!

The NC700 headphones come with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable which you can use with a USB-A plug. As long as the plug is not a fast charger you can charge from any plug or laptop.

I ended up returning thesenfor the bose earbuds which were more comfortable and gave me more flexibility.
