Incredible sound quality just Bluetooth issues.

The sound quality is 5/5 unfortunately theirs a known problem with Bluetooth malfunctioning all of sudden and making them unable to connect to your device. I exchanged it for the sony WH 1000 xm5 headphones and same problem.

Mind you, I bought some for my wife too. The padding on top of the head was missed first and foremost compared to the Bose Quiet Comfort II that I had. Also, everytime I wanted to adjust the headset, I would trigger the touch controls and things would skip. Finally, the on ear pads are not what I was used to Bose's Quiet Comfort II. Because of this, I went back to comfort and I am happy with Bose Quiet Comfort II

Besides noise cancellation, I didn’t enjoy the extremely bass-heavy default tuning. The touch control were also very uncomfortable to use and the sounded extremely loud to the point where even normal taps would hurt my ears. So yourself a favor and buy the Sony XM4 and save some money, too.

But the manual has precious little information on basic operation. The assumption is that all users are knowledgeable about Bluetooth and system settings. That's not the case with me!

I have a big head, the design kind of squeezes my head, I like their older design better for comfort. They also tend to fall off easy.

The warranty date calculated on our self-service portal will be taken from the date of manufacture which is associated to the serial number . However, the 1-year warranty will stand from your date of purchase if this was within the last year.
