Excellent noise cancellation, good voice, good microphone! App is good to manage from phone. Can be used in smart TVs, phones, laptops.

The sound quality its ok not the best but they do cancel noise and are easy to use while you control volume and desired noise cancelation by touching the sides.

I loved these when they were working properly! Unfortunately, there is some kind of a glitch that occurs a few days into their use, where I keep hearing the music cut out. It's random. Sometimes it happens every 15-30 seconds, and sometimes it doesn't happen for a day or two and then it starts again. Also, the noise cancellation was worse on these than the first ones I exchanged for the exact same problem. Sad. They are beautiful, and the noise cancellation was perfect for my living situation.

They work great and very comfortable. They truly block out background sounds and if using with phone easy to use and very clear sound

Used for 13 hour flights. Slept with them on, used them for noise canceling and watching movies. Lots of compliments on the stying of the soapstone edition.

The best headphones I have yet to own. My husband convinced me to splurge on these and Im so happy I did. They are everything they claim to be.

This is more of a design flaw complaint to people with long hair. My hair has been caught in the connection between the band and the ear cups multiple times while wearing these headphones. This flaw never happen to me on the original classic models. I mention this as a warning if you sleep with these on or wear them around town when walking since that is when I ran into this issue. I haven’t had this problem if I am just using them at my desk studying or just doing work on the computer. I wanted to share this experience since this is not something you can really test for if you are going to try them out at the store before buying.

I actually returned this item after realizing they are not worth the money spent. As a Bose product, I was surprised that the noise cancelling properties of this item are sub-par. I tried on several occasions and environments and was consistently able to hear the sounds around me. Overall the experience with Best Buy both purchasing and returning them was fine, but the product itself is lacking in features and similar qualities could be found for about 1/2 the price.

QC35 had great noise canceling but was not good with phone calls, the new 700s have fixed that. The quick adjustment of noise cancelling is also pretty sweet.

Bose 700's surpass all when it comes to sound quality. My girlfriend loves these and I'm thinking of picking up a second one for myself!

I had old version model of Bose headphones that I received as as gift and now I’m getting new model again coz Bose never fails me.

So I started out with buying Airpods Max but they were too heavy for my taste, I decided to the with the Bose 700 instead. The first thing that attracted me was the somewhat unique look and interesting way that the headband expands in the canal built into the earcups. The earcups are soft, plushy, and create a nice seal around your ears. These headphones are very light so you shouldn't have to worry about any pressure on your ears or across the top of your head. The material fo the inside of the headband is very soft and smooth so comfortable on my bald head :) as this area has been a common complaint with other headphones for me. Audio: the reason why we are all here, the audio sounds fantastic and crystal clear. These high-dollar headphones will let you hear elements of songs that you may have never heard before because other speakers/headphones will muddle elements of the sound. The Bose app gives you several EQ settings to choose from and of course the custom settings option. I would buy these based on audio performance alone, the fact that they are also comfortable is a plus. Noise-canceling is strong, I keep mine on the 5 settings most of the time, this can be changed by a button on the left ear cup or in the app on your phone. Level 10 NC seems to be designed with air travel, train travel, or loud cars in mind and it really does dampen most noises. Transparency mode seems ok although I don't use it enough to offer a full opinion on it. Microphone quality is ok, people seem to have no issues understanding me on calls or zoom meetings, but it is not the best mic on a pair of headphones by any means, it can make you sound a little tunnely. The battery seems great, I like that the battery life is told to you in hours by the headphones and not percentages. Using 2-3 hours a day, I usually only charge once a week. Sound quality and comfort make these 5 stars for me overall.

Will not work while running on a tread mill. Keep slipping off ears. Returned product within 10 days. Cannot use while exercising.

Give these headphones just a day to break in. For me, the comfort was significantly improved after wearing them for a day. The sound is neutral leaning a bit warm. If you haven’t owned a pair of ANC closed backs I think you’ll be surprised at how open and wide the sound is. I don’t see how ANC could get much better than this. I walk the streets of Manhattan and only hear the occasional horn very faintly in the headphones. Other than that, the busy streets are blocked out. Same thing goes for the subway. I’m in my own world on there. I love the design and the materials used here. Some people complain about the silicone but I think it was a great choice especially on a sweaty day. It deals with the sweat better and stay securely on my head. I don’t have any hot spots anywhere. I love how simple it feels to just put them on your head and slide them on. I think Bose took a true step forward here with the design and time will confirm that. Test it out for yourself and see what you think. Some reviewers are going to praise it and then everyone will like this headphone. There’s a weird limbo before reviews come out where people struggle to have their own opinions. Just listen to them thoroughly and see what happens.

I love Bose, but they dropped the ball on this year’s headset. I think they focused too much on design and smart buttons instead function/sound. I took the headphones back for the Sony M3. I hope Bose comes back strong next year.

I’ve had all models of Bose noise canceling headphones and these are amazing. I love that you can pause, control volume and fast forward by tapping headphones.

Great headphones. Upgrade for me from the Beats Pro and Galaxy Buds. Well worth the price and definitely would recommend these headphones.

The headphones are really cool to use and they enhance the sound quality of my music. I strongly would recommend buying them.
