First I had some crackling issues that seemed to go away after a full recharge. Now they stopped working completely. The LED started flashing. and then stopped all together. Tried their "restart" and still nothing. I expected much higher quality for the price. I can't even return them and will now have to deal with Bose to try to get them fixed and not even sure I want to stay with them after failing so quickly. I would recommend to stay away from them

The sound quality is great, I only have to charge them about once a week, and the noise cancelling is fantastic. I never had any issues with the "popping" sounds as some people mentions except for when the headphones are connected to both my phone and laptop at the same time. So if you have it connected to one device at a time it is not an issue. I'm glad I went with the Bose 700 over Sony, these are way better in my opinion.
