I tried charging,rebooting, anything i could find online that might help. I was so happy I ended up getting the Geek Squad protection plan when i bought my headphones a little over a year ago. I made an appointment online and shortly after someone from geek squad called me to confirm the time and let me know I’d most likely be getting a new pair of headphones today. When i went to my appointment, they told me my only option was to send them in to be serviced WHICH MIGHT TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 17-24 DAYS! Talk about a bait and switch. Now, if they can’t fix them, they’ll send me a new pair, but that won’t be for the better part of a month. I’m SO disappointed in every part of this situation. Next time, i’m buying directly from Bose

I *hate* them. Please be advised that they have complicated "no button" touch functions...and one of them is voice recognition/automatic calling! The result? When I take my headphones off, sometimes I accidentally call a random ex from 15 years ago who is still in my contact list. MORTIFYING. This happens (though not with random exes thank god) at least three times a week and is very stressful and there's no way to turn it off. If there were buttons for these functions, I could easily avoid them. There aren't. If you have other devices connected to your phone or laptop (for example, I have both my car and my hearing aids which connect to my phone) these headphones will randomly kick other bluetooth devices off. The sound quality is fine, but I wish I'd paid more attention to the buttonless function stuff because it is stressful af

The headphones were handled with kid gloves only used to listen to Tv so I didn’t wake my husband at night I payed $400 for something I thought would last a long time boy was I wrong!! Absolutely disappointed!
