Touch controls worked fine but battery life could be better. Had to return due to terrible stuttering when connecting to 2 devices. This should have been fixed in the year that these have been available. Would recommend the Sony 1000XM4 over these.

The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. I have been a bose fan for decades but I am very disappointed in the sound quality of these headphones especially for the cost $300+. Very distorted crackling sound when you turn the volume up. Sounds like the speakers are blown. I recently switched from the Sony WH-1000XM4 and am beginning to regret my decision.
