It's a shame that you're having some connection issues.I'd recommend clearing the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Then, on all previously connected devices, delete the headphones from the Bluetooth list. Additionally, ensure that the headphones are running the latest firmware by visiting https://btu.bose.com on a computer. Now establish new connection with your devices for improved stability of the connection.

This happened event after the first charge right after opening the box. The design and audio quality are really good, I love the light weight... but it is pretty bad the battery is already small compared with other products in market, and top it off with a lower limit than stated.

Don't use these for work

They connected easily and sound decent. The problem is the button placement. It’s near impossible to get them on without hitting one of the buttons which messes up the sound. Dad (not technical) was so frustrated we are returning them.
