I only had the opportunity to use them for the first time yesterday, even though I bought them a little while ago. The noise canceling portion is amazing! Far better than my 15 year old previous Bose. It drowns out airplane sounds and other conversations, even without turning your music on.

The comfort depends on personal ear shape. The app is okay, the multi-device connection could be a little glitchy. Once configured out for the first time, you won't need to use the app that often.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike the previous generation of Bose Wireless Noise Cancellation headphones such as the Bose QC 35 series 1 and series 2, this headphone does not have the ability to change the actively steaming audio device. My headphones was paired to my phone, iPad, and TV. When I enter the room, the headphones automatically connected with my iPad and phone, and there was no ability to make it connect to my TV instead. I had to manually turn off bluetooth on my iPad to force it to connect to my TV instead. This is a lot of hassle and I even contacted Bose product support and they too confirmed that this headphones is currently lacking that ability.
