They have been wonderful when it comes to drowning out the environment around me while on zoom meetings. Neither I or my clients can here what’s going on in my house, but they can clearly hear me. I don’t know how they do it, but this product has been worth every dollar.

The battery charged lasts forever. I love them EXCEPT for the fact that they are too tight. They are extendable; I’ve tried to make them comfortable, but to no avail. I needed headphones and I hate having to return stuff so I kept them, but they aren’t comfortable after awhile.

To increase the maximum performance from the headphones we would suggest updating the firmware of the headphones at btu.bose.com on a computer. After this, we would advise setting the noise cancellation to the highest amount to ensure the most noise is blocked.
