Great headphones for noise cancellation. I love that you can be hooked up to multiple sources at once. Originally had the Apple max the noise cancellation was not effective for me. Can’t workout with them. I didn’t try but they fall of easily, and they are not light.

I am a bit hard of hearing in my right ear and I am unable to adjust the volume of the headset so that I can use it to listen to music or the TV. I was disappointed in the overall adjustment controls of the volume. Now I'm looking for a volume adjustable preamp to solve the problem.

Overall good. Controls are not very intuitive. Noise cancellation does not seem as good as my previous Bose headset. Bought these for long international flight. Ok performance. Seems like it has different levels of cancellation, but very hard to tell which level it is at.

Works and sounds great. Use them frequently to listen to music and videos

Super Bass-y Sound Clear And Great Noise Canceling

Right out of the box, I could tell these were an amazing pair of headphones. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the case, which is physically impossibly thin. Inside of the zip up case are the headphones which fold flat, physical connection cable if you don't want bluetooth, and a USB-C charging cable. The carrying case has a nice compartment inside that neatly holds the cables, and it magnetically closes. Very nice touch. Build Quality: They are very lightweight, and the headband is very comfortable, along with the ear muffs. The lightweight, though, could make them feel cheaply built. They aren't, but it could be misconstrued that way. Use: These are a spectacular set of headphones. Typical Bose sound quality. The bass could be a bit muddy, but it depends on your sound preference. I, personally, think it sounds good. There are minimal buttons, which is a good thing. You have a power on/off and bluetooth combination button, voice assistant button, and a shortcut button which you can customize. The right ear cup is touch sensitive, which allows for volume, track control, and phone call controls. Unlike some other touch sensitive headphones I've used, this one works well and I don't have to try multiple times. Noise Cancelling: This is what these headphones are advertised for, and boy do they deliver. There are 11 steps (0-10) of "power". 10 very powerfully shuts off the outside world, while keeping good sound quality. I have not flown with them yet, but I vacuumed and I could not hear the vacuum at all. I cycled through all the steps while vacuuming, and as I stepped the power up, the sound of the vacuum slowly went away. There is also a "conversation mode", which is accessible by holding down the button on the left ear for 1 second. This pauses the music, and turns the microphones on and lets the outside world in so you can talk. Not only does it just stop noise cancelling, it actually takes sound in so you can talk like you are not wearing headphones at all. Works very well. Other features: App. These use the "Bose Music" app. Setup is very easy, and the app lets you change any applicable settings such as changing the shortcut button, or setting up voice assistant. You can set up, google, Alexa or continue to use Siri. Just know that you have to have google or Alexa apps separately installed on you phone before you set them up. After set up, your headphones always listen for the activation words, EXCEPT for "hey Siri". Siri always requires a button push. I don't mind this, because I felt a little weird talking to Alexa in public with headphones on. It all works very well, as the microphones on these headphones are exceptional. There is also the "Bose AR" functionality, but it, so far, is very gimmicky. I haven't found a use for it other that just using it because its there. Maybe once developers create more apps it will be useful, but for now I can't find much use. Cons: The app. While it works, it the THIRD Bose app that I have on my phone, because my other Bose devices use different apps. I'm not sure why they don't just use one app for all devices. I can't figure out the reason behind this. There is no EQ feature for adjusting sound, but I understand this is coming in the future. Overall: Very nice headphones. Outstanding noise cancellation. Great battery life. Comfortable. I have some other branded, very expensive, headphones, and they are now my new favorite.

Great headphones. However the mic does easily become blocked if you are playing down and therefore people won't hear you talking.. Also the adjusting part for the headset over time doesn't stay where you set it at. I have small ears and I guess a small head cause I'm constantly readjusting these. But the volume is always constant and clear!

Bought this at the beginning of 2020 at the start of Covid lockdown. After 8hrs per day and 1 year of use this fell apart. But during the 1year it gave excellent voice and noise canceling features. Need a better build product for the price being charged.

If you use it for more than 2-3 hours you will definitely get headache due to these noise cancellation headphone.

The noise cancelling is not very effective. Difficult to power off?

Good sound quality, but bass is too weak for me. I prefer my sony’s.

The Noise cancelling compared to other Bose was not great.

This was a gift to my cousin. My cousin loves this product, she is able to pair to 2 devices. She enjoys the best sounding music on this device and is able to isolate noise during office meetings. And to top it all, Bose is great at delivering a great product.
