I primarly use this set for audiobooks because the quality and especially clarity is excellent. Music sounds good, but only average for premium headsets.

Works with two devices at the same time but not a good fit if you want to use this for your work meetings where you have to use different platforms like webex, zoom, teams etc Mute button on headset doesn’t work well with all platforms, mute on headset won’t mute the conference software, no mute alert. Music lovers may like this. Expect Bose and Sony to consider our needs for online meetings and bridge the gaps in their features. I returned this and bought plantronics 8200 UC which does a better job for my needs but the build quality is not as good as Sony and Bose.

Also don’t like that these can’t fold down like their Sony counterparts. These also have a tendency to easily fall off your head if you are bending over or if you don’t secure them over your ears fully.

Truly an upgrade for the NFC and well worth the upgrade. I'll def keep my qc 35s for the gym and use these for traveling as the NFC is a lot better.

Plus at the time I bought them, not equalizer was included and I found the bass to be just a little too much. The noise cancelling on these seemed to give me a headache after 20 minutes. I really wanted to like these.

The noise canceling was immaculate though. Also it’s not a tight fight to your head if your working out... slides up and down and off the head too much...
