I was told Bose headphones had a reputation of lasting for a long time. However, after my first week of purchase, I kept having quality issues and would often automatically disconnect from my devices. The headphones finally gave up mid-December, when they would not even charge any more. I tried restarting and updating the software but nothing worked. Bose would say they have a one-year warranty but they would not approve a return because I bought them from Best Buy. Thus, I got stuck with them and have to send them for repair. In short, I basically paid $100 per month of using them. It was a waste of money and time. Bose might have once had a reputation of high-quality products that last for a long time, but, in my experience, that has now changed. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can from this brand. It is not worth the trouble.

They can not be used for meetings or phone calls. No mic capabilities when connected to your pc or laptop.

Does not work on PCs!

Considering the price, these headphone should have paired within minutes. They did not! Bose also does not support these headphones with firmware updates. Do NOT buy!
