Many issues reported on bose forums on charging and other issues, but never had those myself. After the latest firmware update however, left the headphones to charge overnight like every other night and they now won't turn on. Great headset if they work, but support and quality of SW from Bose is not good.

Unfortunately I am no longer buying ANYTHING made in China if within my power. Not for my personal use, not for my company and not anything within my influence. I am sure the product would perform as all past BOSE products have done over the years, perfectly, but I am not willing to support the PRC anymore with my hard earned money. Anything made in USA will get first option.

The ANC is great and these cans have a solid build quality, but being forced to actually use the Bose NC700 headphones quickly demonstrates that they fail to deliver even half their value.
