    After initial purchase, the headphones worked great. Many issues reported on bose forums on charging and other issues, but never had those myself. After the latest firmware update however, left the headphones to charge overnight like every other night and they now won't turn on. Great headset if they work, but support and quality of SW from Bose is not good.

    I bought these specifically so I could be cord free during my working hours. And for Travel. All of my clients say I am breaking up when I am talking. Complete opposite of what I purchased them for. Very disappointed.

    Have always been a BOSE supporter, local offices and lots of customers at my company. Unfortunately I am no longer buying ANYTHING made in China if within my power. Not for my personal use, not for my company and not anything within my influence. I am sure the product would perform as all past BOSE products have done over the years, perfectly, but I am not willing to support the PRC anymore with my hard earned money. Anything made in USA will get first option.
