Have you tried using a different charging cable, or a different power socket/outlet? The book doesn't seem to cover this, and most importantly I can't cut them off I press the button a certain amount of times then it says blue tooth off but the light stays on, then in the morning battery is low.

The soundproofing is very good when your playing music at a medium sound level, but else wise is lack luster. Switching audio between devices is almost seamless and a nice feature. Because of the high price tag and Bose name, I expected a better performance.

Bose 700 and Bose QC 15 II

I returned it. Then, I purchased a QC 15 II and the same sound with instrumentals. I returned it also. I think the quality control in China is very poor because I have the old wired Q 15 with no problem whatsoever; excellent sound.

The band was a little loose when adjusted to my head/ear placement and caused them to slip back. I have the Bose 35 headphones and I am happy with them, so I thought upgrading to the Bose 700 for noise cancelling would be a step up, but I was wrong. I was disappointed so I returned them.
