They also require you to have your location on to link with your phone. If you turn your location off it will lose the connection with you phone. I found that to be completely ridiculous so I returned them, Probably going to be the last Bose product I try.

The Airpods pro are better. I went with the Airpods pro. The noise Canceling are not as impressive and the sounds isnt that good either.

Did you know you can control the sound of your headphones via the equaliser in the Bose Music app? You can also use the app to choose between 10 levels of noise cancelling! I am sure this would help improve your experience.

It can be paired to two devices at once and switch between the two with a lot of easy. I have had them for about three months now and it has been struggling to pair to a single device. When before they would pair automatically, now I have to spend a good amount of time trying to get the audio.
