It said excellent condition, but the synthetic leather was peeled down to the cotton. It had several smudges, and it looked like it was an awful shape.

The headphones work okay, but don't work with my Mac and calls, which was the whole reason I bought these. I head the Mic's are good, but nobody can ever hear me and it stutters. I updated the firmware and still no improvement (even worse actually). Don't buy these if you want to use them for calling on Mac.

Heats up my ears too quickly, too much. Presses too much on my head and gave me headache. Great sound though as usual for Bose.

Bose always been the best in all kind color is nice but it’s easy to get dirty

Beautifully designed. It looks like it’s made from one sheet of stainless steel and feels pretty dam solid. No visible screws, no joints, very sleek. • There is a soft touch plastic on the device. It’s a nice feel and I have to believe they went this way to reduce weight. • Adjusting the speakers is purely simple. You just slide the ear cups up or down to your choosing. • The touch panel on the speaker is very quick. It didn’t take long to know how to use it because Bose provides a simple layout on using the touch features. • One highlight of these headphones is the voice speaking system. Inside this machine, you’re getting 8 individual microphones. 6 are for the noise canceling and the last two are for your voice. I sat in my busy office (an open floor layout) and began to make calls using this. This function is excellent. The noise canceling blocks out 80-90% of my surroundings while anyone I talk to, using this headphone, had no idea that I was in the center of my office space during our rush hour. Very clean in speaking with it, and my colleagues on the phone notice it as well (doesn’t really go both ways because they don’t have the 700, but you can’t win them all).

I've had this headset for a little over a year; i bought it to replace a Sony WH-1000XM4 headset I had, which was the worst decision I could have made. While they are fairly good for music, and also noise cancelling, they sorely lack when it comes to connectivity issues, like handling phone calls or even maintaining connections with your laptop/computer when on a conference call. Bad, garbled audio or random disconnects. This was a common problem from the first week after purchase. Not worth a $400 headset.

I pressed the side button and it deleted my connection to my iPhone. Wouldn’t reconnect. Had to go thru several options to finally get it to connect. The phone kept saying iPhone will no longer work with these head phones. Too frustrating. Finally got it connected but it was so frustrating. I don’t recommend them.

As everyone knows, this product is top notch but for me sony works better.

I was expecting it to be completely noise cancellation, but it's not.

This $428 set of headphones worked great for a month. Now, a week after Best Buy's "non-returnable" policy kicked in, the thing is absolutely useless on any computer I try. There's barely any sound, and when there is, it's about a tenth of a second of a scratchy blast of noise. Beware, buyers.
