I purchased an open box pair listed as " like new" condition. I went to go pick them up in store and they were in very bad condition. Returned immediately.

Not comfortable to wear for me, so had to return. Wish Bose caught ip with Beats and other in ergonomics

I really wanted to like these headphones because they're super cute; however, they just didn't work for noise cancellation. What I really liked about them was the ease with which I could switch between my phone and laptop. I miss that feature but needed better noise cancellation. I returned them.

Previous version had better quality sound. Already returned.

Great product but it gets tangled with my hair all the time!

Bose has done it again. But to be fair I have been a lone time fan. For starters they feel good in your hands. You can twist them and turn them and they don't feel like they will break even if they take a fall. And feel every better on your ears. The ear covers and headband are super comfortable. And they come with a traveling case great for when you take them on the go. Very good sound quality. They do lack a little bass but this is the sound bose is known for and its good. After a full charge they told me I have 20 hours of battery life. That will last me 3 or 4 trips in between charges. I did take away 1 star for the Bose app. It's good when I can connect to it. But it has gave me more trouble than it's worth trying to use it.. The most outstanding feature of these headphones is the phone call quality. No one has been able to tell I was talking to them on headphones. Unlike some I have used where people could barely hear me or not at all. For that and how well the noise cancelling worked I would highly recommend these.

I opened up the packaging and it was the simplicity that I expect from bose. I enjoyed the little swell of music when I turned the headphones on. I thought that was a nice touch. I followed the instructions and downloaded the bose music app and followed the setup...that’s when bose blew me out of the water. The touch controls on the earphones are so easy and intuitive. They are responsive and honestly, a feature that is new to me. Also the fact that you can control the level of noise cancellation...SO Awesome! And I’ve never had a pair of headphones that are more comfortable. I have a large number of earrings in each ear so I’ve been trying to find a comfy pair of noise cancelling headphones for so long, and I’ve finally found them! Not only is the sound quality exactly what id expect from bose but really it’s beyond what I’ve experienced up until this point. I made a point to listen to songs I listen to regularly so I had a good comparison and I could hear things I’d never noticed before because the level of clarity is outstanding!

Not easy to switch from iPhone to computer otherwise good

Literally will not work with my samsung note 20 ultra. Tried everything. Just constantly disconnects from phone and restarts headphones. Don't buy if you have a newer android, alot of people online having similar issues with no help from bose.

This product is ok. It just is the same as the old ones tbh.

Incredibly overrated. Very dissatisfied. Does not mask the musicians next door. The automatic playing of music/audio on a computer when it disconnects from a call is very annoying and there does not appear to be any solution for it. Overpriced and very heavy

These headphones sound great and feel great. My issues came when I took them on a run. They rattled and the bluetooth keep cutting in and out. All very noticeable even with noise cancellation turned on. I ended up returning them because they are not made to run in.

After my XM4's died, I decided to switch over to Bose. A few months in, they got really really hot while charging. So I decided to return the Bose switch back to XM5.

It’s well designed but it has several issues with pairing with other products same brand and smart voice command is not designed well and sometimes bother us during working with, like sometimes pair or not pair with cellphones and continuously report the issue

I have been using my Bose Noise Cancelling headphones 700 for a few weeks now and so far, I'm lovin' it. It feels very soft to touch and really comfortable when worn, it has good adjustment design for the head as well. The 10, 5, 0 level of noise cancellation is really helpful and it is just a click away. The sound quality is great too. Battery, no complaints, it's long lasting! I also love how travel friendly it is. The bag has a secret compartment for the cables. It has usb-c type cable which is the same as my Macbook's charger and since the cable that came with is a little short, I would sometimes use my Macbook's when charging. Did I mention it looks really good and really comfortable? I could wear this all day everywhere! I have finally found the one headphone that meets my every need. It would also be nice if it would come in different colors but black looks super elegant. Also, it would be great to buy it just slightly cheaper in price. Overall, it's awesome!

I only tried these for a few hours, but I couldn’t get over how uncomfortable tight they felt. After 10 minutes of use I was starting to get a headache around my temples, and apparently that’s not an uncommon complaint.
