The sound quality is great, but they really like to fall off my head. I bought these specifically to wear to my noisy powerlifting gym, but I can't wear them if I'm benching. They even fell off while I was doing overhead presses. I can feel them shifting back on my head when I do cardio, too. I guess if all I did was sit, these would be 5 stars, but I bought them for a specific environment to which they're apparently ill-suited. Pretty disappointing for the price and sound quality.

Love my Bose 45 Quite Comfort, thought I would up grade but they dont work.

We got these about a month ago and they have been amazing. After figuring out how to pair them we were able to put them straight to use. We were able to pair them with a Galaxy Phone, a OnePlus phone, a Chromebook, and a Windows computer. They helped me zone out my spouse right away, which he was not a big fan of. I decided it would be better to use these on the plane instead. On my first flight I got into the children’s section of the plane. I was surrounded by lots of kids that were under 1. I couldn't tell that the kids were around. Once I turned on the noise canceling feature it was like being in a private theater. I would highly recommend these for those that find themselves traveling or in a noisy office.

These are soooo comfortable and the sound is as amazing as one would expect from Bose. You can control them by just touching the earpiece. The app wants too much information though. Headphones are superb.

Again, so disappointed at Bose. Bad sound quality. Will wait for the next generation.

These noise cancelling headphones are outstanding. The noise cancelling feature has been improved upon, with 10 levels of noise cancelling and some real improvements on background noise elimination on phone calls as well. I have used these on my riding mower and it completely isolates the noise of the mower so I don't have to crank the volume too badly and still can hear my music and podcasts. One downside is the headband. It needs more cushion, it's just too firm and hurts the top of my head after wearing them for a while (two - three hours). The app still has a lot to improve, and frankly I find it useless. Bose needs to really rethink the need of the app and build better integrations with the podcast apps, music apps, etc. I would highly recommend these headphones.

I think people are complaining about the connecting process since they got the product before the kinks were all ironed out. It was really easy for me to connect, ran into no issues. I wish there were some instructions on how to connect to a PC, but I figured it out pretty quickly. (Add a source through the app and bluetooth pair on Windows) I tested sony xm3s and the bose qc 35 iis and I enjoyed the sound on these the most. Just real crisp sound. The mic works great and I like how I can hear my voice when I'm talking and it's not an echo, just has a more familiar sound like you weren't wearing headphones. Wish it was 50 dollars cheaper though lol

My work got these for my team and i have to say i love them, they are amazing working in the data hall at my job the noise cancelation does really well with all the servers we have def worth the no money i spent on them but even if i was in the market for headphones id recommend this real fast. Great product. Thank you work lol

Everyone on whatsapp and webex are complaining of getting the echo

I love these headphones. The sound is fantastic, blocks out interfering outside sounds. They are very comfortable and easy to use!

Great headphones, better ANC than QC35. Comfy, and fit my head just fine. Not as comfortable as the QC35's, but they're a lot comfier than my XM3's.

I spent about 3 mobths rwsearching only the best that the commercial brands offer. These are 1st for overall sound. Sony was close behind but Bose were much better to my ear. Aside from studio headphones, these are great for long listenning and tuning out background noise like airplane engines.
