Best of the TOP tier
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent about 3 mobths rwsearching only the best that the commercial brands offer. These are 1st for overall sound. Sony was close behind but Bose were much better to my ear. Aside from studio headphones, these are great for long listenning and tuning out background noise like airplane engines.

Bose headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for my husband at Christmas. He sends me texts about twice a week to tell me what a loving and thoughtful wife I am. He absolutely loves his headphones. This is his 4th pair I think? He uses them everyday. He loves to wear the when he cooks. I will do just about anything to encourage that! Lol. So thank you for carrying the Bose headphones. I have plenty of good wife brownie points now!!

Amazing quality!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received this pair for my birthday and am in love with these!!! I wanted to use them on my hockey team's coach bus because it gets really loud and I wanted something to drown out the sound!!! I went from beats solo 3 wireless to these and my whole world changed!!! I will be ditching beats from now on and be buying from Bose!!!! Amazing noise-canceling!!!!! Went on trip to Six Flags and these headphones drowned out all the wind and noise since we had the windows open!!!!! I love these and I bet you will too!!!

Big improvement from the QuietComfort 35 II
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The speaker quality is a Big improvement from the QuietComfort 35 II. Better BASS, the same song will start distorting on the Quiet Comfort 35. I like the touch features they put in the earcup. Allow you to control the play, pause, volume just by sliding your finger up & down on the outside of the earcup. Really Kool.

Sound quality perfect, battery life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super great, noise canceling and sound quality is perfect. The only issue is the battery life. Battery life is up to 14hrs (literally). I use my headphones 2hrs per day. And constantly have to charge up. My old headphones i would charge every 3 weeks, i just wanted to give this brand a try.

Too many problems to look past
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Intended use: Listening to music at work or while traveling. Some hand-free calling / conference calls. Pros: - Noise cancellation features are impressive. - Audio quality (when they work) is good. - Touch controls are intuitive. - Dual connectivity is nice (when it works). Cons: - They become uncomfortable to wear after about 2hrs. - Experienced random stuttering with music playback from my laptop while these are connected to both my laptop and my phone. - Audio latency over bluetooth is around 200-250ms, which makes watching videos with these difficult. - Unable to use stereo audio profile and microphone at the same time when connected to laptop. - Will not charge while listening at the same time. - They don't fold and the case is quite large. Bottom line: I'll be returning them. If your only use-case is to play music from your phone for short periods and you have a smaller head, they might work out for you. For the price, I expected these headphones to be much better.

No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Bose
Posted .Hello Michael, and thank you for taking the time to share your review of our Noise-Cancelling Headphones 700. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the audio quality, noise-cancellation and features of the headset, and sorry to hear of the fit, comfort and Bluetooth issues you've had resulting in you returning the headset. When using a computer with the microphone, I would recommend that you use the hands-free profile to get both audio and microphone audio playing correctly. I would also recommend that you check that the Bluetooth drivers on your devices are up to date to reduce any Bluetooth audio latency, or to use the video delay options available on many devices. I have also passed on your other feedback items such as charging while listening to see if this can be incorporated in the future. I hope that we can bring your interest in our headphones back in the future!

The $400 may seem like a lot but is worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones as I live in an apartment with noisy neighbors and these are a life saver. The noise cancelling effect is great. You can scale this 1-10 and the 10 really does block out everything around you. If I slide it down to a 4 I can hear my TV but no other noise around me. From a sound standpoint, it’s exactly the top quality you’d expect from Bose. You hear sounds in songs you may have never heard before, and I’d argue the optimal way that a song is meant to be heard. The headphones also have a built in mic and Alexa. I don’t use the Alexa, but working from home these headphones have also been great for conference calls. I can hear everyone clearly, and one colleague commented that I sounded the clearest I ever have. They have great battery life and range when walking away from your phone. 30min of charge added 9hours of life. The $400 may seem like a lot but is worth it. Definition of you get what you pay for.

Functionally Useless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It could have the greatest cancellation and sound quality in the world. But it wouldn't matter, because actually using this literal pile of garbage is a nightmare. Especially because, if it turns itself off, it also plays an unchangeable synth hit at maximum volume, so if you were sleeping on the plane, this will be sure to wake you up. Which, of course, defeats the entire purpose of noise cancellation. And you can't play anything whatsoever while it charges. And the app isn't useful. I don't enjoy listening through these headphones, because their "features" ruin any enjoyment I might have from a headphone-based experience. And naturally, on the many, many, many, many threads I've seen in which complain about these exact issues (especially the chime) the bose response has been to assume we're all idiots for not wanting such a 'fantastic and undeniably necessary feature'. Bose is awful and so are their products

Bose bluetooth dongle is expensive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If connecting with a smart phone, the headset is great. I need to connect with a desktop PC. This head set doesn't work well with any bluetooth dongle from other vendor. Bose will charge you $70 for its own bluetooth dongle.

Bose Headphone Review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this product. I am a video editor and this product is comfortable to wear for 8 hours straight. I thought the NC would be a touch better, but other than that I love this product. Thank you to Best Buy for the killer deal too!

Touchy controls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love all the features of these phones except for the fact that if they get knocked loose off my head and I grab them; they call a random person from my contacts. Then I have to stop what I’m doing and try to kill the call. Other than that I haven’t had any problems.

Nice Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Headphones are very good overall. They are the best with Call quality. These Headphones are top heavy and will fall off your head a lot. The base isn't as good as it use to be with Bose. Bose has been dethroned by Sony. My Sony X3... are way better in sound quality and Noise Cancelation! This gold and white color i have is great. Bose needs to make the app better, the Bose app is useless. The Base should be better. The battery charges only to 14 hours of use. Then it stops. You have to turn the Headphones on and wake it up, pair it, then take it off and charge it again just to allow 14 hours of charge to turn into 17 hours and 8 minutes. The Sony X3... are better because when you're not using it, it cuts off and its app is the best on the Market. Looks wise, Bose 700 is prettier and more premium. The Sony X3.... is overall a better buy, won't fall off your head, light weight, and best for Sound quality and Noise Cancelation.

Not $400 good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have cans by various manufacturers and expected Bose to top them. Sadly, they do not perform to the standard the price tag set. Sound is okay but not outstanding. The app is laughable and the cans themselves do not have the comfort of previous models. I could not in good conscience recommend these. I will be returning mine. They’re stylish and better than brands like beats and skull candy but B&W and and Seinheiser are better choices for an eclectic listener. It does acoustic well. After that it doesn’t separate itself from the pack. It’s good but not $400 good. I would recommend at approximately $200-$250. If it’s noice cancelling that you want these aren’t as good as my Sony’s but I prefer the sound of these, as they’re a bit more detailed.

Clear sound, great noise blockers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones were awesome! They block out the noise much better than the EarPods I currently own, and the sound quality is what makes them Bose.

Overall great and comfortable!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Firstly, just about everyone knows this name brand and quality of products that they usually produce. With that said, this product is no different. These headphones are comfortable, have great sound quality, and can fit around my big head, which is impressive from my perspective. I am also a fan of "over the ear" headphones when listening leisurely, and these fit and sit pretty comfortably on my head. - These could be used in an active environment, like the gym, but I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, it comes with a pretty good and sturdy traveling case, which is nice. What's also pretty cool about this product is the "touch" features, which how you go about controlling the device (volume, answering calls, etc.). It does take some time to get used to this because there are no physical buttons for volume, but I will say that his is pretty innovative and makes the headphones "look" pretty cool. I would consider there to be three cons about this product, but they are by no means a "deal breaker." One is that it did take a little while to pair with my devices, such as my phone and music player, which I didn't mind, though it may frustrate some. And two, I do wish the charging cable provided was a bit longer. Lastly, for some reason, I think the build "quality" of this item feels a little "low." While the headphones are light to wear and easy to "break-in", the "feel" of it could be better. However, that is definitely subjective. Overall, this is an awesome product by Bose and I look forward to using it for quite some time! I would definitely recommend checking this product out if you're looking for bluetooth headphones!
