Overall these are a great set of noise cancelling headphones. Easy setup, awesome audio quality, However it one kind of annoying quirk, the reporting of the battery status. Initially out of the box it said it had one hour, So I plugged it into my laptop for about 6 hours. Turned them on still said one hour, the white indicator light was solid white when I unplugged from the laptop. I next plugged them into a wall outlet to charge overnight. The next morning checked it said 16 hrs. Honestly was expecting to hear them say 20 hrs. I used them a few hours, plugged them in again overnight, Checked in the morning, 14 hrs. Plugged back into a wall outlet. unplugged about 3 hours later, now they say 18 hours. This isn't making any sense to me, Hoping a future update will fix this issue. I give them 3 stars because of the battery issue.

The best headphones I’ve ever used. It's well worth the investment. I have had mine for 3 years and bought these for my daughter so she could study in her college dorm.

I love these headphones because they you can adjust your bass, mid, and treble. They look good. And, well, they're Bose. You can't go wrong with anything Bose.

These new Bose 700 Series Headphones are a great upgrade and worth the money. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR THE HEADPHONES. This is very important as for it does fix the audio issues being reported. I highly recommend these new headphones.

I received these headphones as a gift. I just love the clear sound of my music. I took them recently on a cross country flight and the noise cancelling was out of this world. I did not hear the sound of the airplane at all. The only thing that I did not like was the weight of the headphones.

Music, for me, is fuel to exercise. I listen to music to distract myself from the "burn" of distance running. One of my FAVORITE features of these headphones is the fact that I don't have to look, or "feel" around for buttons to pause, or skip tracks. I can simply tap or swipe on the forward portion of the right ear. Being able to customize the level of noise-canceling means I can tune out the world or let it in, depending on what I am doing. Likewise, when on a phone call, you can customize how much of your own voice you hear. The fact that the earphone surrounds your ear means no sore ears after using them for hours. I literally did not KNOW that that didn't HAVE to be a thing! Bose sound quality is so far superior to others, they've made a category all their own. I'm completely in love with these headphones. Highly recommend.

I was waiting this product and was disappointed big time! First and most crucial is application. Why do they release the product when it's not ready. The application simply doesn't sinc with headphones, it's either disconnecting right away or can't even connect. Tried to reinstall application few times already Next thing is the cable. Why did we switch from micro USB why was it bad? Notifications. I can't turn them off, otherwise I don't know QC level cause app doesn't show. But now every time I have a call and someone is calling I hear a number annotation and can't hear the phone call Touch feature is cool but again it doesn't work as planned to. Again, not ready for ship. Would not it be better to have Voice Control button as Play and voice control with touch? Besides that it's good headphones

Extremely high quality headphones. I bought them for work and they are great! Really blocks the outside noise, it’s comfortable and you can tell the high quality of the headphones! The only thing I would say is the mic is ok, not great. I do have times where the mic isn’t as clear as I would have hoped. This could be user error too. I’d recommend these headphones. It’s my 2nd pair of Bose headphones and they’ve been great!
