These headphones are AMAZING! I received mine yesterday fulfilled through Best Buy from Leaseville.com. The sound quality is EXCELLENT! They look and feel like Premium headphones. Once again another great product from Bose. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Usually I don't take time to review things, but this experience has been atrocious and I would love to save others from it. My initial experience with these headphones was excellent. Packaging, ease of setup/use, and sound quality exceeded my expectations. The headphones are undoubtedly attractive. 20+ hour battery life was great and noise cancellation was extremely appreciated. I could barely hear someone talking directly next to me which is great for studying purposes. HOWEVER, 2 weeks out from receiving them, they crackle when listening to any audio from my laptop (new Dell Inspiron 7000 using Windows 10) after working perfectly previously. After reviewing Bose forums, I downloaded the latest Firmware, reset headphones, disconnected and reconnected them from everything. Nothing has improved the condition. I am following the forum post dedicated to this issue and am eagerly anticipating a solution. Some in the forum have replaced theirs several times to no avail. In the meantime, forego spending $400 for a great 2-week experience. Maybe try the Sony equivalent instead until this issue is sorted...

I have owned numerous bose noise canceling headphones in the past. When sennheiser introduced the momentum years age I was blown away by the sound quality from the original momentums (wired, no noise canceling) just great comfort, build quality and sound. I now have the latest momentum over ear bluetooth, noise canceling and the sound is 90% as good as the wired headphones, but still better than anything else i've tried. Sure you can talk to the Bose and they are more high tech (I guess) They are not as comfortable as the sennheiser and certainly don't match the sound quality, so if you are looking for the latest in technology go with the bose. If you want the most comfortable and best sounding head phones around, take a look at the sennheiser momentums. you can talk to your headphones, I'll listen to mine.

They sound great! Feel great! I would like other color options as well as an easier way for me to move between devices. Apple is amazing with the airpods. It switches for me. Not with these. Great product though!

The most amazing headphone I’ve ever listened to music through

I had read a lot about the comparison of the Bose 700 to the Sony WX4. Sound quality was my main consideration. Since these reviews were mostly a wash, I decided to go to a Best Buy store (masked, of course) and try them both. They were both very fine products, but to my ears (somewhat high frequency deficient), the Bose phones were clearly a better sound. This may not be the case for you, and I would strongly recommend trying the product before purchase. I had some reservations about the controls, but have now grown to like them. If you are used to “swiping” and “tapping” on your phone, I think you will find the experience similar and intuitive. Build quality seems very good. The ear cups pivot to fold flat in the case, just like past Bose QC15s. Although I have yet to wear them for an extended period, the headband seems to be comfortable and the phones do not flop around, but stay in place. I am happy!

These work great and sound awesome. The noise cancelling works perfect and the voice commands are a perk!

Got this for my apartment --hands free to do chores and listen to music. Have a thin wall separating the neighbors. Helps keep out their arguments and other banalities, too. Certainly useful. Harder to wear in the heat. Wouldn't use for chores that have a lot of up-and-down, esp if your hands are wet/in gloves (i.e. can easily adjust while vacuuming, wouldn't use for scrubbing the shower bc changes in head position lead to slipping and wouldn't want to adjust with gloved hands). Haven't tried using with my phone with a phone call, just to computer for virtual meetings and works well. I haven't quite figured out how to turn on/off optimally to extend battery life (more of a "me" thing though).

Great sounds!! Great comfort!! I compared this model with two other Bose wireless headphones, Sony and a couple of other brands. In my opinion the Bose 700 is superior in sound and quality.

Let me start this off by saying I loved them at first but they dont last. I would not waste my money on these if you want something that lasts. I got them before a flight in 2021 because my old ones broke. I want to preface this as these were only used a few times a year when I had a flight and thats it. I have always been very good with my electronics as Ive had my expensive Sony TV and gaming laptop for years (moved states with them) and never had an issue. I topically fly 3-4 times a year and kept my headphones in their case in my entertainment center for months on end. I've flown twice in the last 3 months and now all the leather that goes around my ear is flaking off at will and the padding inside the ear is coming unstitched. For $300-400 headphones that Ive kept safely in the case I cant believe they are coming apart after possibly using them for 15-20 flights over 3 years. I'll add pictures when I get home. Its more upsetting that I bought the powerbeats pros and still have the same pair since 2020 that I use daily at the gym and those look better than my expensive Boes!

For 400 these should be best of best... they are not sorry bose but this is ripping off the public

I still own my QC15’s, QC35’s, and now, a pair of QC700’s and can confirm each generation is a drastic improvement over the previous. Get the best, get the 700’s. They are luxurious and the new software allows for full customization never before made available.

It’s good headphone and in am still using it in 2024.

Great headphones with the crisp Bose sound. Love these headphones and I would definitely buy it again. I got the triple midnight from Best Buy which was not available at Bose.com. Really nice looking headphones.

Overall good product. Wish the company warranty would be longer. I use them often and sweat alot, so they retain moisture and dont recharge.

I owned all the over the ear Boss headphones. I have always enjoyed them. I use the noise cancelling headphones while I cut the yard. I saw the 700's and they were outside my price range. My daughter surprised me with these. As others have said, these are great. Call my daughter she might get you a pair.
