Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The right headphone just stopped working one month after the warranty expired. In addition, the phone quality is fair.

Same audio quality as QC35/45 but terrible design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cannot tell you how much I hate these headphones. I had a pair of QC35s that I gave to my dad and bought these new ones for myself - what a mistake. The sound (and noise cancellation) quality is the same as my QC35s but they re-engineered the headband and made it thin/rounded which means if you look up (e.g. popping a chip in your mouth) they roll right off your head. I also use mine as a headset for zoom calls at work so I like to just wear the right earmuff with the left one tucked behind my ear so I can listen for dogs getting in trouble. Because of the way these earmuffs rotate (counterclockwise) it just exacerbates the tendency for these to roll off your head. None of this was the case with the QC35 (now QC45) design, I wish Bose hadn't messed with a design that worked well.

Bose support has completely failed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose support is the worst I have encountered. I'm on the 3rd pair of these and have zero confidence they will work properly. The first replacement required that I first send in the product and then Bose would send a replacement, that took 23 days. The second time I demanded immediate shipment (after going through multiple supervisors) and it still took 3 days. I have lost all confidence that Bose can provide me with a working device so I purchased a pair from a different manufacturer. Dealing with Bose "support" has been extremely frustrating.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your headphones. It is unusual to have issues with more than one pair. There is some awesome troubleshooting available on our website here  https://bose.life/3ixge1v that can fix most things. Also, I would recommend keeping the headphones in the included carry case to prevent issues.

Powers off and on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a pair of these for my birthday, didn't really get to use them that much but when I was going on a trip I charged them up and awhile on the road I went to use them and they would stsy on for 30 seconds then turn off then back on. This would just repeat unlit they died. Got bose to switch them out for a new pair. These ones did the samething. Bose has no report of this happening to anyone else. They won't help anymore

Good for music, bad for studying.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been through 3 and going on 4 sets of this product and the problems seem to keep surfacing on this product. There is a faint rubbing/rattling noise that keeps appearing about 3-4 months into using this product. I would avoid them if you're looking for something to use whilst studying as this noise is rather distracting.

Does not come with a bluetooth dongle.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this at bestbuy for $400. Despite it's premium charge, it does not come with bluetooth dongle. Bose is selling a dongle for $70. If you are planning to purchase this for work from home. My recommendation is to buy a Jabra instead. This Bose is way over-priced.

Posted .Hello!
The Noise Cancelling headphones 700 do not come with a Bluetooth dongle as they don't need one! You can connect them to your Bluetooth devices directly for music and calls, without the need for any additional dongles.
We do have a Unified Communications (UC) version of the headphones designed specifically for use when working and on conference calls. These come with our USB Link Bluetooth module, which brings extra features quip you for better collaboration in the workplace. This USB Link can be purchased separately, so you can upgrade your headphones to the UC version if you would like to! You can find out more about this here: https://bose.life/2VnhSrA
