Noise cancellation for me is a 10/10 Treble 10/10 , bass 7/10, mids 10/10 Yes I do I have the app that you download in order to play with the high lows and mids but even if you your bass on 8 and treble and mid on 0 , once you go full volume the bass kind of dies down a bit. I’m not sure if it’s to prevent distortion or whatever but man these are almost perfect . Bose just need to tweak the bass a little.

I was an earbuds person, now I use these all the time. Really clean sound. Doesn't get that loud. Can use a better EQ. Still great features, the touch works really well. Would definitely recommend.
