    I bought this primarily so I could work while walking around on conference calls. I get complaints that I sound muffled and I abandon the Bose headphones and use either the computer or my wired Plantronics, which defeats the purpose. I also get the same complaints when I am on my iPhone. I regret I am outside my return threshold, otherwise I would return it. I will be contacting Bose to see if there is something I need to do to correct this issue.

    I gifted this and was told it was harder to use than other bose wireless headphones. Apparently these use a touchpad on the side and the metal causes interference.
