Good Product - But Unusable for Me.

I warranty replaced this item 4 times, and the issue wasn't resolved. I also did all of the recommended firmware updates to the headphones and my devices, with no change in the problem. The problem: loses BT connection after 5 minutes of activity. The headphones then disconnect/connect every 1-2 minutes after that. Very unfortunate, as they sounded pretty good and the noise canceling was great. Bose has an awesome customer support team, but they couldn't help me with this one. A full refund was issued by Bose.

The only difference is the look & feel plus some added features such as noice canceling and touch control. The multi pairing is the best feature.

The three levels of noise cancelation are perfect. I have never been able to sleep on planes EVER, which is so frustrating since I take many 8+ hour flights. I slept like a baby for hours with these headphones. They don’t pinch your head like Beats and the ear pads are of so much higher quality and don’t start flaking off after several uses. 100% recommend. Bose sound quality is unmatchable.

Not good for the price point

I tried hooking these headphones to my Q900 and to my surprise, the microphone wasn't usuable while gaming on ps4 pro. For the price and selling point about new mic technology, you would think that you could use the mic and headphones for any bluetooth compatible devices. Also note that there is no manual reset on these which makes these overpriced and complex. Will not buy again.
