I Purchased these headphones because I wanted a better listening experience and I wanted to be able to talk on my iPhone. These headphones lives up to its reputation. Great quality.

Great product. Very happy with the design of this product

Trash! Just over 1 year old and are now malfunctioning. It seems to be a reoccurring issue according to the internet. Will not stay connected to a device. Connects and disconnects in a loop. They are unusable. $400 for 14 months of use. And I don't even use them that much. I feel jipped.

Sound is good, Bluetooth connection is good if you only pair with one device. Do not buy if you plan on switching easily between paired devices or until they fix it. I have to turn off/unpair current device to get audio from another. App doesn’t recognize headset unless you are only connected to phone(iPhone). Have used qc35’s for years and loved them . Returning tomorrow for new qc35.

Thus far, I’ve only work these around the house while cleaning but I already love them. It took me a minute to learn how to navigate using them but it’s now very easy and the sound is great. Pairing is simple and the noise canceling feature is great. Definitely glad I purchased them!

Great product. I bought these for a plane trip so i could have something to listen to and keep me entertained during the long trip. Because these offer noise cancellation, these were great because i didn't have to listen to plane turbulence which is the primary reason i made the purchase. These head phones made the plane trip easier to sit through. Thanks Bose.

They work well. Sound great and charge fast. They are super comfortable.

I have been researching a lot of different over the ear headphones and finally ran across these and the price at Best Buy was the best that I could find

Great headphones, excellent battery life and very comfortable for long flights.

The noise cancelling was amazing but the bluetooth cutout and phone connectivity issues.

My husband loves the headphones but has not been able to answer his cell phone from the tap feature as promised in the manual. Not sure if it is a defect or user error, either way, it is not user friendly.

These are very good headphones. Great audio and connectivity. But the fit over the head is strange. No matter how they're fitted, the slightest head movements back and forth, the headphones come sliding off. Annoying.

Switching from the Sony Extra Bass headphones, the sound quality was aight , it was good but not better , smooth sound all the way through is all I could say. After a month of having the Bose 700 and letting the battery die once , they stop turning on and I didn’t give up on them right away , I charged them for a day and nothing , a week did nothing. I didn’t even replace them with new ones, got whole different headphones.

I really wanted to love these, because I think the design is so original. Unfortunately, there wasn't much love after the looks. The build quality is good for the most part. The only real complaint is how slippery these are. The silicone slides of my head way to easy. If your sitting still they're fine, but bend in any direction and they done stay put very well. The sound is just okay. I prefer a neutral or flat profile and these come close, but the highs are way to harsh and I couldn't get rid of that "hiss" from T's or S's. I tried, but just couldn't get a sound I could be happy with. I won't start on the software mess. This is just a rushed to market product to compete with the Sony, Microsoft, Jabra and other offerings out there. If you really want Bose I'd recommend the QC 35II over these. Honestly, I'd recommend the Jabra elite 85h or Sony WH-1000xm3 over these any day.
