Soild noise cancelling headphones that has great software that allows you to use with mutiple devices. Bose invented noice cancelling and they have out done themselves with these once. I use this on airplanes before and they are comfortable and blocks out the noise very well. Noice cancelling has three levels of control and the gesture to adjust volume is intuitive. In addition, the sound is clear and bass is great. Solid performer. Connect to your tv and play your favorite game console and be blown away by the sound. Calls are great as well.

Just a brief review: - Pros: The battery life is phenomenal and the sound isolation works extremely well for consistent noises. (Airplane rides, fan noise, etc.) Even nearby office conversations are easily drowned out by playing some light music. The microphones work very well for phone calls and having more than one device connected to them makes it nice to switch between phone and laptop. - Cons: The software is a bit clunky, but does work. I find that it needs to cycle through the noise cancellation settings to calibrate to the ambient noise in the room. (10 --> 5 --> 0 --> 10 to get to full cancellation.) Overall: Very pleased and wear them daily if at all possible.

I upgraded from QC35s. These headphones are very comfortable, have lots of features and sound great for both listening to music and taking calls. Here is what I like: Mute button on the headphones so I can mute and unmute without taking my phone out of my pocket. I can use Siri, google, or Alexa. Siri is out of the box. I can adjust the noise canceling using a button (3 levels pre set) or to any desired level using the app. You can also use the same button to simply turn noise canceling off or on so you can hear a conversation. But it feels a bit weird not needing to remove your ear cup or other signal that you can hear to the person you are taking the to. The volume and skip song, replay, pause, battery check are soft controls using gestures on the right head phone. There is also an equalizer built into the app that seems to do a good job with improving base and shaping the music I listen to. The sound is great, and my understanding is that there are augmented reality’s that you can access, but I’ve never used that. Overall the build quality is great, they are lighter than the QC 35s, by just a little. And they are comfortable for all day wear. I’d highly recommend them.

These are simply awesome! Frankly, I use them best for doing work in the garage and when mowing the lawn plus other yard work. Given the superb noise reduction plus the high noise quality combined with their comfort I wear them with a hat and shades and I can work with fantastic sounds motivation all day!

I upgraded from QC15s (which were upgraded from QC2s). I love these headphones. The connectivity can be a tad spotty at times, but I can't tell if that's from my computer or from the headphones. Teams calls are very clear, and the ability to turn off Noise Cancelling so I can hear myself talk is a great feature. Very easy to use, and love these headphones. I would say that you should try them out first, the silicon headband is not for everyone, and you might like one of the other models better. It is a pricey headphone, but especially in a time where we're working so much from home and on zoom calls, this is a quality purchase.

Very comfortable! the adjustable ANC is great as are the settings found on the Bose app. Fantastic sound! So far, battery life is about 11 hours - not the best, but certainly acceptable. I appreciate being able to sync with two different bluetooth sources easily. The touch settings on the outside of the earphones are a little difficult to master - but well worth the effort.

Bose has continued to refine their legendary sound reproduction while shutting out noise and distractions. On long haul flights, the Bose headphones are comfortable for hours on end, and allow you to slip into your own world, whether listening to movies or favorite songs. When listening to music, sounds that you never knew existed come to life, making old songs sound even better then ever. Battery life seems to be a realistic 15 hours or so. Controls take a little getting used to, but once familiar with them, simple swipes and taps sure do beat a dangling cord. For a frequent flyer, these headphones are outstanding and highly recommended.

Excellent, neutral sound reproduction that Bose is known for. Noise cancellation is so much better than my original QC2s. Touch controls offer very positive response and work well. Performs flawlessly with Siri on my iPhone. Best design of any headphones I’ve seen and very soft and comfortable for hours of use. Don’t bother with Bose app, it’s unnecessary and requires registration with some people object to.

Don't buy these expecting the sound quality to be so much better than the QC35....it is better for sure, but not by leaps and bounds. Better than Sony...it's subjective. What it does do best is improve your call quality tremendously. These are a business travellers dream, first and foremost! Sound quality: I feel like not many reviewers on YouTube etc. have gone here, so let's start here first. I have had QC35s, I have Sony XM3s...it is a matter of preference as to which one is better. The Bose still lack that deep bass signature of the Sonys, but that's not a bad thing. They more than make up for that in overall balance. And sure, they don't have an LDAC codex for us Android users, but let's face it, it's an IOS world and they know their market. Put a bit of EQ on your app/music player to bring the bass forward a bit, and you will get a very nice consistent punch out of these with the usual great balance of mids and highs Bose is known for. They are definitely more punchy, loud, and balanced than the QC35, but not by much. I think this is due to Bose using a signature sound profile. I would compare the bass and sound to what you get in their wireless buds which I still think are some of the best sounding buds out there, so that's saying something. Back to being better than the Sonys......yes.....the Sonys crush the QC35 overall as I could never get the same bass profile in the QCs as these 700s, even with an EQ. The improved (slightly) bass, balance and sound in these, along with the call quality piece (up next) and stable connection (get in a crowded airport and it's skip along Sony for me) take it up a notch. The MX4s might change that, but for now, here we are. I will say that the quality of the sound progressed as I burned in some playtime. I experienced something similar with the Sonys as well. Don't compare them fresh out of the box to burned in Sonys, you may be easily disappointed. Call quality: Not going to say much here. Went from "what are you saying?" from receivers to trouble free conversation in busy locations right out of the gate. I end up in meetings at busy airports all the time, and felt like I had to yell with the Sonys, not at all with these. I also had to yell to get Google to hear me, now I can quietly whisper to get to the next song. Noise cancelling: Not that much better than the QC35, and somewhat on par with the Sonys - simple as that. Sonys are definitely worse at blocking speech though, even in comparison with the QCs. It will all come down to preference. You want solid overall bass and good noise cancellation, and don't care about call quality, go with the Sonys.....they are cheaper as well. You want solid balanced sound with the total package including phenomenal call quality and possible future enhancements that change the game (Bose will have an EQ in their app and some Augemented Reality apps in the near future) and can stomach the price tag, this is a no brainier!

In terms of audio quality and noise cancellation this product is excellent and as good as the Sony XM3/M4s. Only issues are that the mobile app and firmware can be buggy at times. Sometimes the mobile app won’t detect the headphones, better in recent updates. The other issue is with the firmware because sometimes when multi-pared, the NC700 will default to an inactive device and silence the active device and the battery indicator can be way off in accuracy at times as in it shows much lower than reality. Lastly it’s annoying that you can’t set the NC button to completey deactivate noise cancellation since the 0 option is not actually off, you have to go the mobile app to completely deactivate noise cancellation.

These are great sounding earphones! They are comfortable and, so far, they’ve been easy to operate. I’m having to get use to the volume control being a swipe motion, but it does work! Only disappointment I have is they don’t pair with all Bluetooth devices, only my cellphone and iPad. I didn’t realize there are different frequencies or something, that won’t let them connect. Not a dealbreaker though. I still use them a lot!

Best over the ear headphones on the market, incredible! Have had no issues whatsoever. I have it connected to multiple devices through Bluetooth including my laptop and Samsung mobile phone and works great all devices at once. You also have the option to plug the 3.5mm cable in your laptop if you prefer to take the hardwire route. The build quality is fantastic and stays on your head well. Highly recommend

I have a pair of QC25s, love them, still functional but wanted to move to a fully cordless option. Sound is better than the 25s, noise canceling as well - though both a great. These are more comfortable overall than the 25s. I noticed that this past week on a longer flight. Do mind to keep them charged. It is nice to not keep up with AAA batteries as the 25s required. Getting them on sale made it a comfortable purchase. If you're on the fence, do it and feel better about it later. If they are anything like the 25s, they'll last years without fail.
