The controls are a bit weird, but once I get used to them I'm sure they'll be fine. A lot of what you do on these isn't tied to a button, so there's definitely a learning curve. Excellent sound and the adjustable noise cancelling is really nice to have. I got these on sale, so even better!

In response, I dropped close to $400 for something better. And better was exact what I got. They weigh just a bit more than their predecessors, but the construction and improved noise canceling tells you you’ve purchased the best the market has to offer.

We don’t use the AR very much, but still a very good product. Only thing I would say is that if you have them pair to multiple devices, be a little careful. They tend to pair with the first pair and not the intended pair (say like your phone and you want it connected to your laptop.)

I also wanted a pair for work, since I mainly take phone calls, and they are fantastic! Voice is clear for people when I talk and the noise is minimized from things happening around me.

Bose constantly lead the noise cancelling race. These headphones are the cream of yhe crop when it comes to NC. The app has deastically improved since launch and allows you to adjust the eq, check battery and update firmware.

They are less comfortable than the older Quiet Comfort 35's and the controls are quite annoying to use in practice. I wore them ONE day at work and they kept going on and off every time I moved around. I MUCH prefer tactile buttons for controls now that I've tried these. They are WAY too expensive to suck as bad as they did. I wish I would have purchased another set of Quiet Comfort 35's which I have worn daily for 5 years. I thought these might have been even better but they were absolutely not. I should have tried to return them immediately

Great HP’s but Triple Midnight slightly lighter

Got the black pair instead and am enjoying the great sound quality and really like the adjustable noise cancellation. So, quality is there...just know that the Triple Midnight is slightly lighter than you think. But this is where Best Buy’s return policy is helpful.

Sorry that you're experiencing some issues with the Bluetooth connectivity. I'd recommend clearing the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Then, on all previously connected devices, delete the headphones from the Bluetooth list.
Additionally, ensure that the headphones are running the latest firmware by visiting https://btu.bose.com on a computer. Now reconnect your preferred devices.

Not worth the money!

First.. the sound quality was ok.. prob a 6.5/10. I was honestly expecting better from these headphones. The main issue i had was Connection... First, in order for you to enjoy and control these headphones you have to download and use the Bose Music App. Which took me 3 hours for the stupid app to recgnize the headphones and finally connect to them. Thats wheny stuggles began... after this ANYTIME i wanted tonuse the headphones it would take 10-15 minutes of me disconnecting, and resetting my bluetooth app time and time again in order for me to even use them. NO HEADPHONE OR EARBUD OF ANY BRAND HAD GIVEN ME THIS ISSUE IN THE PAST! As soon as i turn on the device its ready for use.... not with Bose!
