Bose wireless headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from my old Bose over the ear headphones to the wireless model 700. I find the headphones are comfortable on a 3 hour plane ride, and lived that I could easily change the noise cancellation without removing the headphones when I wanted to interact with other passengers or the flight attendant. And to top it off, the sound is superb! Rich lows and clear notes. I recommend these earphones highly.

Winner.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound quality and noise cancelling, coupled with on headphone controls for every function, and very good comfort adjustability make the 700 model a winner for me. The storage case is a must for airline travel. Besides offering obvious privacy features, I always use it when traveling, and I even use it on my super loud lawn tractor. And to top it off, Best Buy reduced my price to match a current sale price. Winner, winner.

Great Headphones
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound - a little better quality then the QC-35's. The main selling point is the complete redesign. Integrating the tri-port architecture is so much more comfortable than the QC-20 and 35's. I previously had a pair of the non-cancelling triport around-ear headphones and they were the most comfortable that I had ever worn. With the 700's I get the great noise cancelling feature along with pure comfort. Absolutely love them.

Great Design, horrible implementation
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning the Bose QC35 Bluetooth headset for roughly 4 years I decided to sell them and move on to a newer headset. My QC35's were basically perfect 4 years later with exception to the worn ear pads which is typical for any headphone. I did a lot shopping around and decided to go with bose again, I'm not brand loyal when it comes to headphones I just wanted something that would work well with making calls using a ios device along with skype for business which is the platform we use at my work. I thought this was the perfect headset, for about the first month there were 0 issues but after then I noticed static coming from the right ear after a firmware update performed by the bose app. The problem was sporadic up until 3 months in. I left my headphones in the case in my bag over the holiday and returned to work the following Monday to complete static in the right ear when noise isolation is turned on. I looked into ways to find how to factory reset the $400 device but came up empty-handed after being told by bose that there is not technically a reset to factory option on these headphones. I was left with no choice but to RMA the device and I am now without my headset for work which I use all day long every day for phone calls. Bose was good about replacing them but they are not the amazon of returns and do not have quick processing times, unfortunately. Other issues I've had with the headphones is connection issues with switching between devices, there is not a physical switch to swap connections unlike the QC35's and it must be done through the app, bose's excuse was the headphones were supposed to auto-negotiate when devices are playing audio and switch automatically but that is not the actual use case. Typically it would wind up dropping a device completely and reconnecting it. I cannot say that these are horrible but for the price, I paid I would expect a lot better of a product compared to their previous model which I regret leaving now. Great design but a horrible device.

No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Bose
Posted .Hi there. I'm sorry that you experienced some static noise after a firmware update on these headphones. I would have recommended installing the update manually to see if there were any over-the-air errors. I'm glad to hear that the exchange process is underway and if you have any problems in the future please do reach out to us. Thanks, Charlotte - Bose Customer Support

Best noise cancelation. Excellent sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everyone has an opinion about Bose. Most of them are based on internet myths. The sound quality is plenty adequate for anything compressed by mp3. If you are hearing limitations, check that first. In fact, give these a listen on uncompressed music, and you will find them noticeably better than many others. Yes, you can get headphones for $20. If you can't tell the difference between those and these, I am sorry for your hearing loss, but happy for all the money you are saving. Compared side by side with similar headphones (wireless bluetooth rechargeable noise cancelling at about this price point), these sounded at least as good as the competition for movies and music. BUT. Nobody does noise canceling like Bose. Try them in a store (when safe to do so). Try them on an airplane. Try them at the office for a virtual meeting. I haven't found anything at any price available for consumers that is close to this good. To be fair, I haven't tried those new Apple AirPods Pro Max, but so far, I haven't found anything close. I recently used them in a manufacturing environment to help workers get through a virtual training class (again, with safety measures). Everyone was amazed at how well they worked in that loud environment. If you want over the ear headphones, you owe it to yourself to check these out.

Absolutely incredible for working from home!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Cancelling Headphones 700 are simply amazing technology. What stands them apart from all other headphones is the incredible microphone tech. When coupled with the noise cancellation I am able to manage focusing on phone calls whether there is noise from wind, kids, or a passing bus. Also, from an audio perspective the headphones provide great neutral sound. When paired with good audio sources they sound super. Last thing... the battery life is superb. Bose hit this out of the park.

A nice upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used a bunch of different bluetooth headphones, including the QC35 and B&W PX - the 700s are my favorite of the bunch. I think the QC35s are slightly more comfortable, but not much. The 700s feel great, the NC is fantastic - especially being able to control the level. I do wish they folded up better/smaller, like the QC35s -- but then again, i've had massive issues with the hinge screw falling out on the QC35. Sound quality is a small improvement from the QC35s. Overall, i'm happy with the upgrade.

Loved them!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased them at the beginning of the month for my trip to Hawaii the following week. So, I could use them on the plane still since it’s almost 6 hr flight. The sound quality is amazing you hear everything so Clear and have different levels of sound cancelation. It’s almost real comfortable on your ears for a long period of time and you can’t hear anything around you. Yes, the price is what probably keeps people back from buying but it’s worth it. Bose has always made good sound quality products.

Comfortable and delicate
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Bose Soundlink 2 and after two years I felt that it was time for a change. Did my research and decided to give the Sony wh1000xm3 a chance. A week later came back to the store to exchange them for the Bose 700. The comfort, ease of use and app are great, sound quality is awesome (a bit less that the Sony) but what stands out is the environment noise cancelling. You can have clear conversations on both sides. Also, the touch control is another plus (will see how it performs during winter while wearing gloves).

Best in class Noise Canceling
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Practically speaking there is little to differentiate between wireless headsets with ANC at this price point l. I'm Coming from the Sony 1000XM5 (which died on me recently, after a year of constant use). I also have a pair of Bowers And Wilkins PS7x2 (waiting on replacement ear pads). I work from home and wear my headphones all day long for work and leisure. Noice canceling is marginally better than the Sony 1000XM5 and much better than the PS7x2. As for actual sound quality for music, it's the opposite. The PS7X2 sound better to me than the Sony which sound better than the Bose. Bose also doesn't support any of the higher quality Bluetooth codex (aptX, LDAC) which is almost inexcusable at this price point. They also have less battery life than most of the competition at this price point. I've only had them for a couple weeks so hopefully they last longer than a year before succumbing to wear and tear or just flat out dying.

simply the Best
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I owned the previous model but it was not bluetooth. I have used it outside and for flying. No complaints other than it goes through batteries. This newest model is just much improved with features and rechargeable battery. Still very comfortable and has features that you can tap and/or slide your finger on headset to activate. The adjustable rate of noise cancelling is just the bomb! It is just voice operated functions work great. I rate it a great buy (expensive) but worth it.

Samsung S21/ 700's pairing issue
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Boss 700's and initially they worked wonderfully well. About 5 or 6 weeks later they got "buggy". Would connect and reconnect connect to my Samsung S21 and wouldn't play. I couldn't fix the issue so I brought back to the store and Best Buy were very understanding. They even offered to refund even though I was past the return date. But I wasn't interested in a refund, just a product that worked, so they replaced the originals with a new pair. I paired the new ones with my Samsung S21 and within a day or so the "bugginess" was back with the new pair. I then began to do some research and came across a website that discussed similar issues that Samsung Note 10 owners were having with their 700's. One poster chimed in that his Pixel phone had the issue also. But he/she said that they uninstalled the Beats audio app and the issue resolved itself. I also had the Beats app installed and uninstalled it, rebooted my phone and lo and behold...fixed! So, if anyone out there has issues with Samsung connecting to the 700's go through your apps and remove Beats. I believe there is another app called UE that will also interfere with the 700's. Thanks to BB for their customer service. Wish that Bose had something on their site regarding this issue, but I don't see anything

Great Quality, Good Voice Recognition, Okay build
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very well made product. Let's start with sound quality: A+ , Bose did an incredible job creating a product with stellar sound, extremely well balanced for all types of listeners. The voice control, touch/swipe capabilities, and buttons are fairly intuitive. I like this upgrade from the last model. Looks are okay. Some people love it, others don't really like it as much as previous versions. I'm on the fence. The comfort gets a B+ , it's extremely comfortable when on and adjusted, however the ears can sometimes swivel too much when on. Price is so ridiculously high, but again it's a great product.

Travel essential
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I fly a lot for work and having these babies during the long flight has become an absolute essential. The sound is just perfect for all types of music and the battery also is advertised to last 16 hours but you can get a little over 20 (as long as you’re not blasting them of course)
