Noise cancellation for this headset is great. Other party can’t really heard your noise background. Light weight. The only bad thing about this headset is WiFi interference. Quality of the call can get really poor with multiple WiFi devices in use.

Bought these for my bf for his birthday. He loves them! He tried on a lot of different headphones before settling on these. These proved to be the most comfortable for him and had the best noise canceling. Worth the price.

My wife can't hear, the kids, the dogs, or the music we are playing with these on her head. She is blissfully enjoying the focus she has working from home and informs me that 8 hours of wearing them is quite comfortable.

Light weight and good quality of sound. very comfortable, have excellent noise canceling and work really well as a headset for making calls. Bass is not mush than compared to Sony but sufficient to enjoy good quality music.

AMAZING sound and comfort. It is way more easy to connect than their last model which I appreciate. I just can’t get over how comfortable they are to have on for hours - even thru all my zoom meetings.

I was trying to decide between these and Sony. After trying them at the store, I decided to buy these. They work perfect for me because I do a lot of video calls and the comfort is incredible. The music quality is excellent as well.

These are some of the best headphones I've ever owned. Their bluetooth functionality, size and weight are awesome. The sound quality, and noise cancelling are fantastic as well, but what I really like is how well they work for communicating on a phone call. The only downside is I like to workout with them on, when I lay down on my back they always want to fall off, so I have to wear them on my face like Geordi La Forge from Star Trek.

As a longtime Bose Quiet Comfort user I was excited about my Bose 700 order. They sound similar if not better than the wired QC counterparts, though not as good as the competitor Sony WH-1000XM3 or M4's. The bass response is someone subdued and the highs are leveled off. How's the old saying go? No highs, no lows, must be Bose. Comparison aside the weakest aspect I found in my purchase was the silver color leather on my headphones. They looked dirty out of the box, partly I think because of the shadows in the cup leather creases. Aside from that I liked the battery life and touch controls and very comfortable feel of these headphones. If you like Bose sound, order them in Black, not silver.

The sound quality is very good, although I didn't notice a big difference from my QC-15s. While the adjustable noise cancellation is nice, it also does not seem demonstrably better from my 9-year-old pair on the higher settings. The headphones are pretty comfortable if they are sitting just right on your head. However, there's no way to adjust where the headband portion sits, and any attempt to adjust it takes the cups off the ears. Also, the stiffness of the headband makes it so movement (moving head back and forth, bending over, etc.) makes it so they move and slide off far too easily. They are also a little difficult to wear with glasses on. The controls on the ear cup are nice, but sometimes hit too easily, particularly if trying to adjust the headphones at all. The features are not so great and the app necessary to control anything with the headphones, particularly connected devices, is absolute garbage. 75% of the time it says that the headphones are unavailable and requires force closing the app and re-opening or powering the headphones off and on, or both, sometimes more than once. Controlling connected devices is difficult, and there is no way to select which device as the current source. Being connected to 2 devices seems like a good idea, but is actually worthless. It always automatically tries to connect to 2 devices, and there is no way to change that. Once connected to 2 devices, it arbitrarily chooses which device to "stream" from, and there is no way to switch it to the other device once it's started playing from one. The only way to do so is to go into the app (see above for those difficulties) and to disconnect the device you don't want to listen to in order to only leave it one option to play from. This is even more of a pain if you want it to stop playing from your phone since if you disconnect the phone, that also makes it so you can no longer control the headphones through the app, so there is no longer a way to do control anything further with the headphones. There's also no longer a way to change the devices again without powering on and off so it reconnects to the phone. For example, mine will connect to both my phone and my computer. If it chooses to stream from my computer, if I start playing audio through my phone, it will show it playing on the phone but nothing will come through the headphones (and nothing out of the phone speaker, so no way at all to hear anything on the phone) or vice versa with the computer. If I then want to switch it to hear the audio, the only way is to disconnect the devices that is the streaming source. There was originally advertised that there were equalizer controls for the headphones, but that functionality has never been added and may have been nixed (not a particularly big deal, but makes me question any features that are promised that are app-based).j Also, when switching between noise cancellation levels, they frequently don't work at first. So, for example, if it's set to 0, and I press the button to go to the next saved level of 10, the noise cancellation doesn't actually come on (although it says "Noise Cancellation, 10"). I then have to switch it again, and it will usually then come on for 3, then cycle back through past 0, then to 10 again to actually get it to come on at level 10. This is even more annoying because when you switch the settings, the voice prompt talks over what ever your listening to and blanks that audio, meaning you missed whatever was playing during those 1-2 seconds, but cycling through 4 of them, you miss 10 seconds. This is frustrating when listening to podcasts. If you turn off the voice prompts, then the shortcuts don't seem to work and you can't switch the noise cancellation through the headphone buttons. Honestly, if I had to do it again, I'd probably save the $100 (or more) and go with the Sony model, which was actually more comfortable when I was trying them on in the store. I wanted to stick with Bose because I was replacing a pair of QC-15s that I'd had for 9 years that had died. I convinced myself that I liked the features of the Bose 700s better, but most of those features don't work properly and they are not user-friendly.
