Sad to say these were one star because of the terrible software/firmware. They are well built and beautiful but as soon as they connected to multiple Bluetooth devices it made an awful screeching in my ear and then rebooted itself. After a couple of web searches I found a lot of other people had the same issues. If I wanted to spend hours on the phone with BOSE support they would ultimately have to exchange them. I just took them back to Best Buy and went with the SONY WH-1000XM4 and am very happy. This is the second time BOSE got me. The sleep buds ver 1 were totally buggy. Sad because they make great sounding devices, someone needs to tighten up the software group.

Purchased these for my husband to wear while working so he could talk hands free. He is a truck driver. They were extremely good on his end for blocking noise but when on the phone, the background noise overpowered his voice which made it difficult to carry on a conversation with him. The headphones are too good to use on calls if driving a loud truck. Perfect if sitting still or just listening to music.

This is a great purchase to really "cancel" the outside world around you. It's sleek, minimalist, lightweight and functional design is perfect.

Needed to upgrade from the wired quiet comfort 15 that I’ve been repairing over the years. Nice to be wireless now. Looking forward to traveling with them.

A very high quality headphone. A little bit of a pain to control. Sometimes you must have the exact right tap or rake of the finger to control. Doesn’t always work correctly.

The bose 700 are amazing headphones but I could not justify the 300+ price of the product with what value I recieved. I would wait for a sale or when it falls below 300

I own the original Bose Noise Cancel Headphones. These are Better! I ride a Zero turn Lawnmower, very Loud. My old headphones I could not always hear the music with my MP3 player. With the 700 set, I hear the music much better and with my phone it can almost get too loud. With my phone and Bluetooth you can increase/decrease sound by touching the headphones. These are Great!!

I have a qc pair I replaced them with these Like the noise cancelling is adjustable Not to happy with the touch controls sounds no different then the qcs.

I mainly bought these when i travel on a plane. Very comfortable great noise canceling. I dont use them often so i have to look up the directions :)

It’s an all-around good headset. It is even blind user-friendly. It’s just hard to tell just from the headphones alone and note in a dedication in the app whether or not it is charging.

Almost a year of use and they're still working as if were day one.
