Excellent for calls.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these solely for conference calls on my MacBook Pro while at the home office. I use mostly WebEx and Teams, some FaceTime. From what I’ve been told by others I’m on the phone with, crystal-clear clarity. Doesn’t sound echoey or tinny or distant. I used to use a Plantronics on-ear set but those hurt my ears after a couple of hours. Because these are over-ear, I’m able to wear these for an extended period of time about 6-8 hours each day. I even wear glasses. Because we haven’t traveled during this pandemic, I can’t provide feedback on the noise-canceling ability, like for a movie on an airplane. Battery has been good. I can go 2.5 work days on a full charge before I drain it completely. I compared these to the new Jabra 85s but the price and other reviews is why I got these. Very satisfied. Should be my last pair for quite a while. They are pricey so shop around or wait for the seasonal deals like I did. Saved $100.

Love these headphones. Wish I bought them sooner
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I would highly recommend these headphones. My main use is for conference calls via MS Teams. After a little over a month of use, I really don’t have any complaints. Battery life is around 20hrs fully charged. No one on Teams has complained they cannot hear me. I like that it seamlessly can simultaneous connect to both my cell phone and computer at the same time. I think the only hiccup I’ve noticed is the position of the mic matters. The headset has a left and right orientation, and if you wear them backwards, the microphone would face in the opposite direction and your audience will feel you are far away from the mic. Other than that, no other issues. They are comfortable and the sound quality is excellent.

Best headphones I’ve ever used!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are expensive but you get what you pay for. The noise canceling is easily adjustable on the headphones themselves, which allows a multiple range of settings instead of all or none. They are the lightest weight full cover headphones I’ve ever put on and the most comfortable. They also come with a really cool travel case. Excellent battery life.

Best noise cancelling the industry
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it comes to noise cancelling headphones, the Bose Headphones 700 are in a league of their own. Bose has been synonymous with exceptional noise cancellation technology, and the Headphones 700 are a testament to their expertise in this area. I had the pleasure of experiencing their noise cancelling functionality, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The active noise cancellation (ANC) on the Bose Headphones 700 is nothing short of remarkable. As soon as I activated it, the headphones created a cocoon of tranquility, effectively blocking out the external noise and immersing me in my own world of music or silence. The ANC technology used here is highly advanced and adaptive, continuously monitoring and adjusting to the ambient sounds around me. It effectively eliminates low-frequency rumbles like airplane engines or traffic noise, as well as mid to high-frequency sounds like conversations or office chatter. What sets the Bose Headphones 700 apart is their ability to customize the level of noise cancellation to suit your preferences and environment. Through the companion app, I could choose between different levels of ANC, from full isolation to a more transparent mode that allowed some ambient sound to pass through. This feature came in handy when I needed to be aware of my surroundings or engage in a conversation without removing the headphones. The effectiveness of the noise cancellation was truly impressive. I found myself able to focus more deeply on my music or podcasts, as there were no external distractions interfering with my enjoyment. The clarity and purity of the audio were enhanced, revealing details and nuances that would have otherwise been masked by the surrounding noise. Bose has also incorporated an innovative feature called "Conversation Mode" into the Headphones 700. With a simple touch, I could temporarily pause the music and allow outside sounds to pass through, making it easy to have quick conversations without removing the headphones. This thoughtful addition further highlights the attention to detail and user-centric design of the Bose Headphones 700. During my testing, I also noticed that the noise cancelling performance remained consistent, regardless of the volume level or type of audio being played. Whether I was listening to music at a low volume or enjoying a dynamic movie soundtrack, the ANC maintained its effectiveness, ensuring an uninterrupted and immersive experience. The comfort of the headphones deserves a mention as well. The plush ear cushions and ergonomic design create a snug yet gentle fit, allowing for extended use without discomfort. The noise cancelling technology works in tandem with the comfortable design to create a truly immersive and distraction-free experience. In conclusion, the Bose Headphones 700 deliver an exceptional noise cancelling experience that sets a new standard for the industry. The advanced ANC technology, customizable settings, and intelligent features make them a top choice for those seeking ultimate tranquility and focus. Whether you're a frequent traveler, an office worker in a noisy environment, or simply someone who appreciates high-quality audio in peace, the Bose Headphones 700 will surpass your expectations and elevate your listening experience to new heights.

Oh My!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow. Just wow. These things have my daughter's QC35 II beat by lightyears. Sound quality may have changed slightly, I need to listen more to know for sure. But the Noise Cancellation. Even on phone calls! Even cancels noise on my end when speaking. On conference calls, I'd have to go inside and close the windows it the neighbor's yapper dogs were out as they bark at anything in unison. Not with these. People on the call said I sounded crisper without me asking. But no one spoke up when "she let the dogs out...". So I asked. No one could hear them! Comfortable too. I break things, so I especially like the stainless steel design. Worth every penny.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i really love these headphones! got recommended by a friend to pick them up, and i’m happy i did. they are super comfy to wear for long periods of time, have great sound quality, and the noise canceling makes the NYC subway sound like a sensory deprivation tank when my music is on. my favorite part is definitely the option of a customizable EQ via the app; really makes you immersed in whatever you are listening to! the long battery life is another great plus. good price for a nice pair of headphones, i definitely recommend them!

Fantastic headphones!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light, comfortable, and have quality sound for the price. They feel sturdy with a mixture of metal and plastic. They’re also easy to clean and maintain. With a mixture of physical buttons and touch control, I find it easier to navigate. It’s pretty cool to raise and lower the volume by simply sliding your finger along the right headphone. Battery life is fantastic! Expect 18-19 hours with the noise cancellation (which is amazing by the way). Finally, Bose offers a whole suite of control via the app so youll always have the perfect sound.

Very satisfied!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned many types of wireless headphones in the past. From Bose to Sony to JBL to Skullcandy to Beats but I must say that these are my favorites by a long shot. They are very comfortable. I can wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort on my ears or on my head. The noise canceling is just superb. I work in a very noisy environment and these let me immerse myself in my music without the outside distractions. These sound amazing! You can feel the bass but it’s not too much. The highs are just the way I like them - high. The mids are good too. I also like that with the Bose app you can set the level of noise cancellation from 0 to 10 depending on your environment. Probably the main reason I purchased these instead of the Bose QC 35 is the touch control. With these you can swipe up or down for volume or back-and-forth to go between tracks. With the QC 35 I always seemed to have a hard time with the little button in the middle to skip tracks. I don’t have that problem now. And best of all these were on sale so I snatched them up. I highly recommend these headphones!

Good, but not good enough.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price, and being Bose, I was expecting more. I think its a great option for people who do a lot of zoom calls, business type person, because the mics are great and voices sound amazing on both ends. Music sounds good but not good enough for me to justify the price, I like watching movies with headphones alot, streaming in general so I enjoy that extra bass. I ended up getting the competitors Sonys X4 and they sound way better in my opinion. However, I will really miss the design of the Bose 700 headphones, the modern look and its sooooo comfortable. It was hard to sacrifice that when returning them. I felt so cool wearing them lol. Most people won't regret this purchase if you're not a complete audiophile or do a lot of desk work because noise cancellation is amazing too. They are also very easy to use, the app is very simple without all the bells all whistles which I appreciated.

Pricey but worth every penny
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Comfort, adjustability, noise-canceling, hardshell travel case Cons: Pricey My wife was looking for some wireless headphones she can use with both her phone and computer. We looked at Skullcandy, Sony and Bose. I knew from the start we were probably going to land on the Bose but it was whatever she wanted. My wife is VERY thrifty so I went out of my way to keep her from seeing the prices until she was was in love with whatever she liked the best. She picked the 700s for comfort and how adjustable they were. She is small, so it was important that they could get small enough for her head. Now, she walks around the house with them on and couldn't be happier. The app is flawless as well. Easy to use and intuitive for quick changes to EQ and connections.

My Favorite Pair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing at noise cancelation. I have had Beats before and I prefer these. The sound is really good and it's easy to adjust the ear pieces. It's also easy to wear with glasses. They are super strong as well. When I first got my dog, she chewed up the bottom of one side and they still work just fine. The only beef I have with them is you can't really wear them if you are sweating as they slide off easily. So, no hard walking/hiking with these but great for studying or working.

Great headphones, but a little pricey
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Bose headphones provide great sound as per usual. They sound great and are comfortable as well. Touch controls work better then the Sony M3 in my opinion. Only con I can list is that these are more pricey then the Sony's, which have stepped up their game and are very comparable in terms of sound and comfort. I'd give them both a listen in store before deciding.

Good product, too loose
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is fantastic, battery life is long, headphones are comfortable to wear. Call quality is good as well. I like the touch features to skip, go back or pause. You do have to install an app for your phone in order to set them up. I'm giving them good as I feel they're a bit pricy and they don't fold up, the cans just basically rotate and sit in a large case. I dont like that they fall easily while resting head on pillow, they feel loose.

Great Set of Headphones!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the QC35 the model before this one. While I didn't need the upgrade I thought I would give them a try for an upcoming trip. Though they are quite pricey I find them worth the money. The ability to change the amount of noise cancelation is a big one for me. On a plane I want them blocking out as much as possible but at the gates I like having some noise come through so I can still hear announcements or if anyone is trying to talk with me. I find this model also more comfortable than the QC35s. The material is softer and the design of the headset is different so it fits on the head differently. I have worn them for over 3.5 hours and had no discomfort during that time. They do not fold up like the QC35s so the case is slightly wider but about the same thickness. Not really a problem just something to make note. My other favorite thing is the charging cable finally made the switch to USB-C. Now I only need Apple to change the iPhone to USB-C and I can travel with one cable!

Best noise cancelling headphones!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I travel very often and these are the best noise cancelling headphone I have ever had. I have previously owned various versions of the Quiet Comfort line, Beats Studio and Bang & Olufsen. These are lighter on my head than the B&O and I find them to be more comfortable than my QC35. After trying all the others, I keep coming back to Bose for their combination of noise cancellation (superior to the B&O) and sound quality. I would highly recommend these.

Worth the upgrade cost from QC35's
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from the original QC35 which I used for a few hours every night these have not disappointed in any way. Design: I get why the it is hit or miss with some people. I personally think they look and feel much better than the 35s. The steel headband is a welcome improvement to the older plastic ones and the extra 19 grams is negligible. Anyone who says it's noticeable is being absurd. The whole set clearly feels more premium. Audio: You get what Bose always delivers. A super clean version of what Bose thinks the world should sound like. It's not for purists (and they know that) - but I love them because everything I throw at is sounds clear, crisp and bright. From Netflix to Apple Music to Howard Stern I never have complaints with the quality of sound even if its being heavily sculpted by Bose. Active Noise Cancellation: After spending so many hours with the 35s on I was aware of a few specific ambient room noises that always snuck through the ANC. With the 700s even those very few noise are halved. I don't know if that is due to a better processor or simply a new earcup design I can't say for sure but there is definitely an improvement nonetheless. Being able to change between 3 favorite ANC settings is a big upgrade as well. Out of the box you'll get 0, 5 & 10 but that can be changed on the app. Super useful. Comfort: Never had any complaints when it came to the 35s and these are even better. The new headband holds tighter and the ear cups and pads are excellent. They certainly won't make you feel hot- especially during long listening sessions. Mic: This is where Bose made the most noticeable improvement. To keep it simple here. More mics. Much cleaner sound when making calls. You're not yelling at your voice assistant. The people around you aren't annoyed that you're yelling. The people you're talking to can't hear the people around you. Everyone is happier. Life is good. Controls: The addition of touch sensitive controls is welcome and almost a must have at this price point. They work very well and I've had no trouble getting them to recognize what I'm trying to do. The physical buttons are all easy to navigate and extremely useful. Again a big upgrade to the previous models. Should You Buy Them? If you are in the market for a high end over the ear noice cancelling headphones than the choice should be simple. These are as good as it gets. If you want to save a little money then the QC35IIs are the way to go. I know there are lots of fans of the Sony WH-1000XM3 but having tested all of these, both sets of Bose are far more comfortable during extended wear and I personally like the Bose sound vs. what Sony offers. The ANC is pretty comparable between the Sony and QC35s, but the 700s are better than both.
