They felt alittle more fragile then I would have liked but not cheap. Unfortunately they developed a hissing noise in the right ear cup after a week. They were not dropped or miss handled, were always out back in the case. So I returned them and got the Sony 1000 XM4s. They sound just as good with slightly,Better build and more bass for about $30 less.

Not great for hip hop heads but acceptable for most other genres. Orchestral music is pretty good; as are voice and podcasts. The main draw is noise cancelling. Its a treat. Would give it 5 stars but dropping 1 for sound quality, and another for pretty mediocre bluetooth management in the app.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sound great, but be warned - if you have them connected to multiple sources (Windows, Mac, Android; for example), you will hear static on at least one of the other sources while they're simultaneously connected unless you explicitly "disconnect." Also have had some trouble reconnecting to Mac (Catalina) after being disconnected. That is sporadic and seems to have resolved, though I'm not sure why. It wasn't a firmware update. Still seems like I need to turn these off and on explicitly when they "sleep," which might be a user error. Unsure

Demo products in the store helped me to decide between Sony's and Bose. In the end, I went with Bose, amazing design and world-class noise cancellation.
