I actually didn’t have a need for yet other “high end” headset, but have been following the newest Bose release lately. This model was on sale for a $100 discount and considering it was available at Best Buy (with their unbeatable return policy), made me take the plunge... Soooo happy I did! Other than the fact I already owned the Sony Wireless Series WH-1000 XM2, I was very thrilled to enjoy the quality, style & sound on this new Bose headset! Other than missing the digital audio override feature found on the Sony’s (where you can cover the right ear cup to silence your audio temporarily while chatting to someone), it is very much a serious competitor to the Sony (even the newest XM3’s). It’s very serious competition, and enjoys a somewhat slimmer case as well! I highly recommend this headset! Buy one at Best Buy and see/hear for yourself. Cheers and good luck.

It has best voice Mic quality ,excellent in making calls,awesome touch control , solid noise cancelling, longer battery.I think its best phone in market and i wish, would have bought earlier, wasted lot of money in other headphones

They sounded pretty good for music but when I was trying to use them for phone calls captured all the sound around me through the microphone. website app was a bit iffy as well. I ended up returning these. The noise cancellation though and listening to music was really good. I would recommend for music only
