I use these for both work on my laptop and my personal phone. I have them both connected via bluetooth and work just fine. The side are touch response sensitive for answering phone calls and raising/lowering the volume.

Easy to use, cancelling works well, and the product is comfortable. The sound quality is "full-time:" Bose. For me, that makes this product the only FIRST CHOICE. Expensive but worth it; someone said, "you get what you pay for". I agree.
