The sound is excellent. The only thing that I don't like is the battery saving option and that is it will cut off ever hour if you are not moving. Some people like to lay on the couch and listen to music. If you do this for an hour the headphones turn off.

My "go to" headset for work and play

Had teh edge over the close Sony because the Bose lets me have 2 BlueTooth connections at once. This means at work I have access to my computer AND mobile phone simultaneously. The only reason for 4 stars is I wish they were a little tighter on my head - if I bend forward they slip off. But then again, I'm a short guy with a small head!

Do Not Buy These Headphones

These $400 headphones are not compatible with MS TEAMS. They frequently drop off of calls. I have researched online and many other Bose customers are having the same issue. When I called Bose they offered no solutions. They mentioned a firmware update that might be released in 4 months. I was on hold for well over 30 minutes and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on permanent hold and they hung up. The customer service was horrible. I will not buy another Bose product. Go with Sony! I am surprised Best Buy is selling this defective product.
