Best headphones on the market. Great comfort, all around sound and noise canceling.

The noise cancelation is awesome! So is the sound! Just lacks a bit more base sound.

I have been a loyal customer of Bose for years but no more! These $400 headphones are not compatible with MS TEAMS. They frequently drop off of calls. I have researched online and many other Bose customers are having the same issue. When I called Bose they offered no solutions. They mentioned a firmware update that might be released in 4 months. I was on hold for well over 30 minutes and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on permanent hold and they hung up. The customer service was horrible. I will not buy another Bose product. Go with Sony! I am surprised Best Buy is selling this defective product.

Great headphones with really good sound and very comfortable to wear. Great noise cancellation and Bluetooth connectivity and great controls. Best headphones I’ve ever used. Bought one for a friend and liked them so much bought one for me.

Great headphones! Super comfortable. I'm able to wear them for hours on end with no kind of fatigue at all where I'd have to take them off. The sound is superior and the microphones are phenomenal! Super crisp sound while talking through them

Great set of headphones, one of the best headphones I’ve ever purchased. Only cons I would give it is that at max volume on head, the sound can be heard pretty clearly by others. Bose app is also nice, but not my favorite.

First and for most they work very well as intended. Noise cancelling is great either on a plane or mowing the lawn. Secondly was not impressed with the "triple midnight" color which is just basically dark blue although was highly recommended by best buy chat and others. In retrospect wish I would haven just gotten black. Lastly I am concerned about durability. They seem okay and the case is great, but I fear their longevity may be suspect. They seem fragile and I fear at anytime they may fall apart or break. Time will tell. Thankfully I purchased the warranty protection so I think I have a couple years to see and have them replaced if they do fall apart. I seriously considered these against the other products such as the Magnavox higher end headphones or Sony and decided to go with Bose since quality sound is their business and these are the same ones my friends and son have that all speak highly about them. Therefore I do highly recommend.

Overall, I really liked these headphones and thought the noise canceling was exceptional. However the first pair I got just wouldn't connect to the app no matter what I tried. I sent messages to customer support but got no response. I tried looking up solutions online but didn't find anything helpful besides returning the item. I returned it and got a second pair that connected right away to the app. However, I do find that I have to restart the app sometimes in order to connect. After using it for a few days, I found that the battery would not fully charge. I would leave it to charge before going to work or overnight and find the same battery percentage it started with. I tried swapping the adapters and trying different outlets but nothing changed. I'm sure there are better options for 400 dollars.
